Very bad experience...don't book with wego.com

I booked my ticket with Wego but my flight was cancelled by airline.
When I asked for refund , first of all wego costumer service team not responding at all .only automatic reply from system generated.
When I called they hold me 20 minutes just to pick my call.
After all once they initial my refund they said it will take 90 days to refund your money but until now I didn't receive my money .it's more then 90 days and whenever I call or email to wego same reply your refund is in process it will take 90 days but I don't know when 90 days will finish.
For wego there is another calendar or what?
My personal experience it's the worst website to book the ticket .it's batter for search only but don't book with wego.com.

Don’t book from Wego because they still charge you flight reschedule fee even if you paid for the package which specifically says “Free Rescheduling”.
When I asked the customer support why they are charging even though for my package on your website its clearly mentioned “Free reschedule” he said “next time don’t book from wego and now you are stuck with us, there is no other option”

I used Wego for the first (and last)…

I used Wego for the first (and last) time. When I arrived at my hotel I was charged an additional $199USD per night for my stay on top of what I had already paid to Wego. This charge was completely unexpected. Upon review of Wego’s fine print it states additional charges may be charged. I’m used to Expedia where all charges are included upfront at the time of booking so there are no surprises. Definitely won’t be using Wego again. Also, I did reach out to Wego’s 24/7 customer service and have yet to receive a reply regarding my complaint.

Cancellation follow up

Cancelled flight with Qantas support and was told that a partial refund was possible and that we should settle the refund with our travel agent (I.e. Wego).

Requested refund options with Wego customer support and the first rep told us to go to the airport counter to get a document which doesn't exists. Tried calling customer support again and could not get through to an agent after being on the line for 33 minutes (the automated call from the start said 5 minutes).

Do not use this site

Do not use this site. Flight cancelled in March, Etihad have sent refund to agents and I am still waiting for my refund. Constantly says refund in process and when I finally get a reply to my emails they say awaiting refund from airline. They are a rip of company who are lying about getting refunds from airlines.

Stay far away from this trash site

Stay far away from this trash site. They stole over $1300 off our American express and then lied to AMEX after they told us we had to send a cancelation to get refunded. Once we sent in the cancelation they denied the refund. No customer service all over seas save your money book with a reputable site.

They do not know the difference of e-ticket and travel reservation!!! For how many times they sent email that my e-ticket is attached but still travel reservation only attached!!

Beware of this travel agency, very hard to talk to them they will not help you regarding your booking, They will tell you that they do not have the option to change even you already talk directly to the airline that they can change easily free of charge.

Unprofessional customer service they do not know how to accomodate the customer.

Where you can see a ticketing agency that the supervisor or manager you can talk to them 72hours after the request!Special?

Very disappointing experience with customer service

Very disappointing experience with Wego.

My flight booked for 15-05-2026 was cancelled by the airline, and the airline confirmed that any ticket exchange or rebooking must be processed only through Wego as the booking agent.

Since the cancellation date, I have been trying continuously to contact customer service:

* International calls with more than 1 hour waiting and no response.
* Multiple follow-ups from Egypt and through support channels.
* I was promised a replacement booking for 02-06-2026 and told that the updated ticket would be sent by email.

More than 10 days later, I still have received absolutely no ticket, no email, and no update.

This level of delay and negligence is unacceptable and extremely stressful for customers, especially when there is a risk of losing the ticket completely.

I urgently need immediate action and a proper response from Wego.

Very Bad Experience, 1 star, Warning to book through WEGO

1 star — Booking ID WFZV2FLHCUC26

I booked a Kuwait–Beirut return trip through Wego for 24 February 2026. The connecting flight (EgyptAir MS713) was rescheduled by 7 hours, making the Cairo connection impossible. I called Wego, and their own phone agent instructed me to cancel the booking so the refund could be processed.

Since then — since February 2026 — I have sent multiple emails to customer support requesting the refund. Not a single reply. Not one. Their Kuwait office is also closed.

The return segment was on Jazeera Airways, which refunded me directly without any problem. The outbound portion is still stuck with Wego because they are the agent who collected my money via KNET.

This is not bad luck — it is months of being ignored after they took payment. I would warn anyone considering Wego: if anything goes wrong with your booking, you are on your own.

Unresolved refund for cancelled flight – Terrible support

The flight was cancelled, but despite multiple emails and calls to customer service, I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I reach out, I get repetitive, robotic responses that do not address my issue. The app shows the trip as completed even though it never happened. Holding a customer's money for this long without a clear timeline or resolution is completely unacceptable. I need this escalated and resolved immediately.

Update: No Resolution Before Flight Departure Despite Clear Evidence

Update:

Despite all screenshots, evidence, repeated follow-ups, public escalation, and multiple promises that the case was being reviewed urgently, no practical solution was provided before the flight departure time.

We contacted both Wego and Jordan Aviation. Jordan Aviation confirmed that Wego, as the booking intermediary, was responsible for handling the issue, while Wego continued sending repeated generic responses without resolving the problem before travel time.

This situation caused major transportation difficulties, missed university medical lectures, missed German language classes, and significant stress due to the uncertainty and lack of timely support.

I hope Wego improves the handling of urgent customer booking disputes in the future and takes such cases more seriously.

wego, worst service ever

i did a light booking with them, and i paid to have it flexible for change, unfortunatelly i have been trying to change it for a week, but they dont have any tools to allow change except through call center, which would be fine if the call center is accesible, but i have been calling the center during the week at diffrent times and the shotest wait time indicated was 17 minutes , (in some times it was more than 30 miuntes ), and after waiting more than 25 minutes still no one replies, i am stuck and cant do any thing, worst service ever

If I could I would give a 0 rating. Wego comes and picks up my neighbor and the driver done hit my deck twice. The second time safety came out and looked because she has almost busted the post to my deck in half. It has been over a week now and nobody has come to fix it. My deck is gonna end up collapsing

It was very bad experience

It was very bad experience. I will not book this site again. My flight was canceled plus March until now I cannot even get my refund. This is terrible. Period on calling how many times on the call center enter on telling the same thing I will never book this type anymore. Collecting money is very fast but refunding my own money is very difficult to get.
