Very very bad service, irresponsible, extremely disappointing service
I booked a flight through Wego after carefully selecting specific travel dates. However, the ticket I received had completely different dates, very far from the ones I originally chose.
When I contacted Wego to correct this obvious issue, I was shocked that they asked me to pay an amount higher than the original ticket price just to change the dates, even though the mistake was not mine.
What made the situation even clearer is that when I contacted the airline directly, they were very cooperative and offered a reasonable and fair fee to change the flight. This shows that the problem was not with the airline, but with Wego’s handling of the booking.
Unfortunately, Wego’s customer support and technical support were extremely poor and unhelpful. They did not act like a real support team and took no responsibility for the issue.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend using this platform.

I had a worst experience in booking this Wego travels and flight booking, due to some unavoidable situation as my name in the ticket have to be changed due to my family name changed. I contacted costumer service multiple times, send email with documentation to support name change and they never bother to change . As per Air France was matter of 5 min to change and they are not changing. I end up paying another ticket by my self and the one I buy trough them was cancel because cannot be used I haven't even refunded single penny, such a worst guys, please dont go for it. Such worst management and cheaters. Try to choose another option but not this company
Don't make a deal with this company.This company is a fraud He's cheated on me too.
My visa has expired because of this company . And I got my visa extended, which cost me a fine of 400 riyals.Who is responsible for this? And I spent a week in Karachi waiting that maybe my ticket would be refunded or the money would be refunded, but nothing was given.

I lost about 2500+ riyals because of this company.And my time was wasted because of this company.

I made a reservation with Wego and found their tickets cheaper than other agencies from Aswan to Cairo and back on Nile Air end flight were on time and were very helpful and supporting I would recommend them
I made the reservation 7 hours ago. The money was deducted from my account, but they still didn’t confirm my booking.
After I contacted them many times, they said, “Sorry, we couldn’t confirm your booking. You can book another ticket, but the price has increased by 30%.” Not recommended

Checked through the wego the lowest price which was easemytrip after booking and confirmed for payment and the amount deducted. Email received from easemytrip that confirmation is not happen due to increase in fairs. Either to pay the difference or wait for almost 2weeks to refund your money back. When complained back to wego they said you have to follow what the agent inform. That shows the low of customer care as they suppose to punish the website they have no issue about what happened. This practice shows how to keep up their customer and they don’t care about them. They think only in the way of getting money and don’t care about the customer. Be careful before you do any deal with wego.

I was worried that i didn't get my confirmation email but as soon as i contacted the customer service their agent Gasser solved my query .
Misleading baggage information.
During booking, baggage details were shown as “Data not available”. Later I found out one flight had 15 kg baggage and the other had none.
I was traveling with two suitcases (one for me and one for my mother). Adding one bag at the airport cost 450 SAR, so we had to leave one suitcase behind.
Customer support refused compensation or responsibility.
