If i could give a score of zero i would! Please, please, PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THESE..... if youre ordering on B&Q DONT! Or order off a next day delivery option. WE GOT LIMITED, have got nothing, literally! no costumer service, no number, no humanity! an absolute piss poor company... If you want to be legally scammed, and wait weeks for a bed, then they are the go too. If you want a bed like a normal person quick and know where you stand whilst waiting, then these are NOT for you. Jokers..

Oh an as im typing this review, im still waiting for my bed, or an email back or a call, or anything in fact and its been two weeks.

Bought something off of B&Q these were…

Bought something off of B&Q these were the sellers who I received my product from, what a load of rubbish for the money, no manual to put together hundreds of bits, no email back from the seller. A load of tat stay away when B&Q say sold by wegot limited.

Please use another delivery service…

Please use another delivery service provider. Bring was horrible and confusing with poor customer service. It was a good thing I was at home when they delivered the package to my apartment, otherwise they would have simply left the package outside the door unattended!
I tried several times to enter my door code information on their website, but I always received an error message!

incorrect information

unclear pricing, and delivery times turned out to be longer than indicated on the website. It says in between 2 and 6 workdays, but it turned out to be 9.

Edit:
WeGot came back really quickly, good service! Apparently it has something to do with the timed delivery. Service of WeGot is good, the website just confused me.

Waited 7 weeks to get my ordered bed. And than I got a wrong delivery, 2 of 3 pieces from a wrong bed and third piece a not ordered closet 😭😡

Quite bad information

Quite bad information. I ordered but got no confirmation. When directed to customer service I foud a info a d delivery plans are in several weeks. For a on the shelf product. So, I would not recommend the store for this reason.

Incredibly sluggish shipping.
They better take off that bullsh*t about fast shipping from their website. I am waiting a whole month and they don't even change the status of the shipping. Never again I'll order anything from WEGOT.

Terrible customer service

Terrible service. Mixed up order, notified them the same day delivery arrived. Took over a week of back and forth to get them to ship the correct product.

Fireplace itself is nice, but I am hesitant about ordering anything else from WeGot because getting an order corrected was such a nightmare.

1- there were no options for delivering …

1- there were no options for delivering to the apartment instead of leaving everything downstairs
2- The quality of the wood is terrible
3- No catalog whatsoever to show you how to put it together
4- No LED lights came with it as it was shown in the picture
5- Nearly impossible to reach their customer service

I have to ask you to contact our costumer service who can help you with both sending the manual and find a solution for your claim.

Write in the email that you havn't received the instructions or LED lights and they will reply to you eighter by email or call.
