Fantastic dumbbells, fantastic customer service!

Just received my massage gun and already done my feet, being a hairdresser I stand up all day and this has relieved pain immediately.
I also suffer from pinched shoulders so looking forward to doing them next.
Weight Lockers communication was excellent I would recommend using this company, they’re super professional.

Really excellent customer service and great quality products.
They resolved my problem with real care and attention to make sure everything was correct and that I was compensated for the mistake. All communication was friendly and regular so I knew what was happening all the time. The products are of great quality and my son is already looking to see what else he would like from their website.

Ordered my weights and received them within 24 hours!

Used annual leave day to make sure I'm off for quoted delivery day but had delivery date changed. Not happy considering you charged me £100 for delivery alone. Considering full refund at this point. Change your delivery company to anything else except UPS.

Updated to 4 star - still unhappy with delivery but quality of communication and equipment is actually top notch. Will be buying more from Weightlocker

Delivery time was respected with what they were announcing on the website. I had issues with my deliveries though Because I live in a new postcode and some items were even delivered to the wrong address and “lost”.
Their customer service was brilliant and replaced and sent back all items in a promptly manner. The weight plates are good quality. Very happy with my purchase. Would defo recommend them.
