I am not impressed

I am not impressed. I have been waiting for a month now for my order. I keep getting emails to say one item is out of stock and the other item will be posted and I will receive it in 2-3 days. Well I’m still waiting. 😡

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent
Paid for items they never shipped. Contacted them multiple time and no response.

The last 2 bottles we have (still in date and just opened) of the D3+ K2 smell rotten/burnt and off.

This needs sorting ASAP it's supposed to taste of mixed berries and the manufacturer has cocked up.

We don't want to be ignored anymore

90%of items missing parcel arrived open…

90%of items missing parcel arrived open !! Or driver stole from it or they just didn't pack them you should reconsider using Amazon delivery ! Never again spend nearly £100 and got only one pack of omega 3 in my parcel absolutely shocking !!! Sen l've send you photos as a proof waiting to hear back !

Sent the wrong product and then refused to refund

WeightWorld.uk sent out three bottles of the wrong product, told me they couldn’t send me out my correct order for another three weeks and then refused to refund my money when asked unless I paid to send back their mistake. They have no complaints procedure on their website and copy and paste the same answer to your emails and online chat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Impressed with the quality and fast delivery

Amazing!

I've been using ACV capsules for about 10 days. The difference is amazing. My cravings have for 99% gone. I've thought of having something, chocolate or a glass of wine on a bad day but the pressure behind it has gone. It's Easter and no chocolate eggs.......

Sent wrong item but problem eventually resolved

I ordered some Vitamin D3 supplements from Weightworld but when the package arrived on April 2nd it contained Vitamin C supplements. I emailed the company the same day (including a photo as proof that the wrong item had been despatched) but had received no response by 7th April, so contacted them by telephone.

The issue has now been resolved and the correct supplements have now been received - with a complimentary extra jar in acknowledgement of my initially poor experience.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Misleading Information Regarding WeightWorld Points

I had had a good experience with WeightWorld in the past, but now I’m extremely frustrated with their customer service and the misleading information about their WeightWorld Points program. Despite earning points in multiple ways, some of them were never added to my account. I reached out for clarification multiple times and waited for a month, but after an initial response, I never received any follow-up or resolution. I felt the lack of action was careless and unprofessional.

The website's details about how points are awarded were misleading and not accurate. It’s extremely disappointing to deal with a company that fails to deliver on its promises and then stops responding when you seek help.

This experience has made me reconsider future purchases with WeightWorld, and I hope they address these issues. I’m so disappointed with their customer service and the dishonesty surrounding their points program.
