I ordered the Luxury series set of 4 seats. Ordering and shipping was smooth and they arrived quickly. Don’t forget to call and order the hardware separately if you want the chairs connected to each other. The chairs arrived in good condition and were very easy to setup. The quality and comfort is great. My only negative is the back is a little short in the upright position. If you are 6ft2in or taller the headrest will be at your shoulders.

Product is very nice and very comfortable. Quality materials. Would recommend lumbar pillow for added comfort and flexibility.

This chair is amazing! Super comfortable, my wife loves the swivel and reclining. It goes well with our grey zero gravity theater seats! Would definitely recommend.

We do love these chairs and the accessories that went with it. Our only complaint is the hardness of the arms. I am looking for narrow pillows to put on either side to cushion the hardness.thank you,

Everything was shipped within a week and everything was shipped properly and nothing was damaged. I installed the chairs and everything worked as advertised. So far I am very pleased with the theater chairs that I purchased.

Great service and product, buy 2 of my gold cup holder inserts came broken and that may be on the shippers but those things should be wrapped and secured in the armrest during shipping.

The ordering process was very easy to navigate. I received free S/H and the price of the chair I purchased was pretty affordable compared to othe options on the market. We received the wrong color product…we decided to keep it because we didn’t want to go thru the hassle of waiting for replacement. We also did not receive connectors initially.

The company sent the connectors and provided us with a Goodwill complimentary product(s) which we appreciate; however, I would prefer accurate deliveries over complimentary products.

High quality chairs with super fast shipping.

I had a question prior to purchasing. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. After I received my recliners, they followed up with a phone call to find out how the delivery went and if I was satisfired with my purchase. They went above and beyond. Very happy with the product and their customer support.

Good service and nice looking chairs.

I highly recommend these seats! Janice with customer service is fantastic and answered every question I had promptly and accurately. I especially appreciate her sending us the color samples even when we thought we know which color we wanted, as we are so much happier with the color we got. We had a custom order and they quoted us 13-14 weeks but had it done a few weeks before that and even worked with me on the shipping date to ensure I could be at home when it arrived. Can't speak highly enough of the customer service! In addition, the seating is beautiful, extremely comfortable, high quality, and much more affordable than brands like Valencia. Also love the tray tables and deep storage consoles. We had a great experience all the way around and highly recommend these to anyone!

Furniture shipped immediately upon order, tracking information was readily available, the packaging engineering was exceptional, such that even though every package showed a slight amount of wear and tear the furniture was in perfect condition. Obviously a great deal of thought had been devoted to packaging. Upon our initial use, we are pleased with the value of our purchase.
