I bought a home theater chair for my PC desk, and its so much better than your average office chair. so much more comfortable and easier on my back when I game for a long time. I came back to edit and include the arm storage. its quite deep and allows for storage of tons of stuff from controllers to books. I found that to be much more useful that I thought it would be. While I cant think of a single negative about the chair I would say the only thing they could add would be some wheels so the chair could be moved by a single person, but if they did that then i would have to give them 6 stars and I don think they let us give out that many.

Great customer service

Weilianda makes great home theater seating. They also have outstanding customer service. We ordered the Weilianda Luxury Custom Series Theater Seating (3 seats and 5 year warranty) in dark red and blue leather, and we could not be happier with our purchase.

The custom home theater seating that we ordered was supposed to take 13 to 14 weeks for delivery, but we ended up receiving our order in less than a week, due to Weilianda already having exactly what we wanted in their current inventory.

The theater seating arrived very well packed and protected, and assembly was very easy. It was literally just attaching the backrest to the bottom seat, and plugging in the power cable to the headrest. The leather looks, feels, and smells very high quality. The recliner and headrest motors also work very smoothly and quietly. The blue LED accent lights under the chairs, and around the cup holders and USB charging ports are a great esthetic touch, and look amazing in a dark home theater room. The storage compartments in the chair arms are very convenient, and they come in handy to store the very nice (included) utility trays. Oh yeah, the theater seating is also very comfortable, and the leather lumbar pillows are very supportive and durable. Needless-to-say, We couldn't be happier with our new Weilianda theater seating.

The customer service at Weilianda is also amazing. "Janice" was extremely knowledgeable, and very kind with helping us place our order, and she kept us updated throughout the entire order and delivery process. Thank you, Janice!

Delivery came on time and packed nicely. The letter is very high quality and comfortable. The connectors did not come on time, but the company fixed the issue by resending the connectors ASAP and also was generouse enough to send complimentary wine holders to use.

I ordered two weilianda Chic chairs. My wife and I love them very comfortable and well made. We only had these chairs a few days but so far there great. We will see how they hold out in 6 months and write another review. Their customer service is a 5 star. Just email them if you have any issues and the respond as soon as possible. Mike

My Weilianda 3 Row Loveseat is absolutely Awesome!!! The craftsmanship is unmatched! The seats are so comfortable, soothing and relaxing that I've fallen asleep in them after watching a movie!

Just purchased the Astronaut series in blue and we just love them!!! Awesome quality, great price ,very comfortable the recliner goes way back and we love that the headrest can adjust separately. Rich looking with the diamond tuck pattern. Shipping was great chairs were super protected and perfect. Great communication every step of the way with this company. Love my new "couch" (luxary series home theater seating, gray color, row of 4 with the loves eat in the middle) I ordered and received about 10 days later, I'm on the east coast and it shipped from CA. Shiped via FedEx, each seat separately, I knew this ahead of time and was home the day FedEx arrived, a day late, typical FedEx. I have a hand truck and it still took two people to get up my 6 steps to the house. Assembly was easy with 2 people, I had also requested the brackets to connect them so they would not slide and installing them took some extra time but work great. The seats are firm which I like but some may want something softer. I did also get the lumbar pillows for free with a promotion and I do enjoy those, it is nice to be able to choose to use them or not. The tray tables are included and do store in the armrest compartment, you just need to unscrew the metal peg which takes 10 seconds. The blue LED lighting is too bright but I just leave it off. Charging seems decently quick with the USB C ports (USB A are there too, I just have not used). The greatest thing was customer service, I had initially reached out via email requesting a sample of the gray leather to make sure it matched my room, and someone replied within an hour late at night. They kept me up to date via email about shipping and also followed up to make sure I was happy. Even called me to make sure everything was good. I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time. Thank you!

I purchased total four home theater chairs
By different orders. All arrived on timely delivery and good condition. All working great. I will recommend to anyone who interested to buy in this price. Easy to install. Only I have negative comment the tray table rods length is took much . It is impossible put the tray with rod to put the hand arm compartment. Please will you able to send small size rods for tray? Otherwise everything are excellent. 🤗

I’m in retail and one of the biggest turnoff for a customer is not know what is going on with an order. The follow up and communication with this company amazing, it was via email for the most part, but it took less than 24 hr to receive a reply to your question and/or someone contacting you to let you know where your product was. Amazing. Also the seats are amazing as well, very comfortable, well built and well priced. They even took the time to give me a call the day of delivery to make sure I received everything and that the product was to my satisfaction. My wife and I are really enjoying them.

I ordered the Chic Series in the 3 seat configuration. I live in Ohio, I ordered on a Sunday and they were delivered by Friday. They were packed up well and were very protected. The one carton’s corner was damaged but there wasn’t any damage to the chair.
I was very impressed with the quality. The leather was beautiful and the stitching was impeccable. The seating was very well padded and firm. I suspect that it will be quite a few years before they start to sag. The lighting was very cool. I do wish the bottom lights could be turned off separate from the cup holders to prevent them from shining on the screen. The dimmable feature is very nice. Overall, I am very impressed the the value, features, and quality of my new chairs. Well done Weilianda.

We love our theater seating! Weilianda was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. They actually “held” our order until our basement was finished. Once I emailed them to go ahead and ship, we had tracking numbers the next day. We definitely recommend them!
