Not focused on Client needs, misleading info.

Misleading information..... they say 3 days max..... which is not...3 working days. Since they hide the email, after i made an order...I could only reached them by IG,.... since they cant send it before 24/12 ( 6 days after purchase) they cancell my purchase; really bad experience and they didnt solve what was required....send before 6 days the product instead of cancell order....

We would like to clarify that on our website it is clearly stated that the last orders for delivery before Christmas and New Year were accepted until December 17th, with full payment completed via credit card or PayPal. Since your payment via bank transfer was only completed on December 18th, we were unfortunately unable to ship the order in time.

As you requested via Instagram to cancel the order, we followed your instructions and processed the cancellation. We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and hope for your understanding.

I ordered a bottle of Champagne as a…

I ordered a bottle of Champagne as a gift for a friend, which sadly did not arrive at my flat (apparently it must have been stolen due to the delivery's service bad / unsuited placement of the package).
I would like to complement Weisshaus's support on resolving the whole situation - not only were they super helpful, but they were always really fast to reply to my mails. In the end, I received a replacement parcel / bottle free of charge as the delivery service was held accountable. 10/10

Terrible experience (scammers?)

One year ago I placed an order for a bottle of whyskey, many days after the package still not arrive and the tracking indicates that the package is perhaps lost, so I wrote to the assistance. They sent a replacement shipment, which arrived. months later they sent me an email claiming that the first shipment (according to them) has arrived, and then sent me an invoice. I replied that it never arrived but I do not received any other information. Today I receive an email from a debt collection agency asking me to pay (about double the amount of the invoice sent). I am not sure if there is bad faith but it is certainly a terrible customer experience and I will defend myself in the appropriate fora

One star as I can’t give less.

One star as I can’t give less.
I have placed my order on the 08.08, it is 28th now and unfortunately, the delivery didn’t come. The company replied to my fort email 3 weeks ago, but since then has been ghosting me.
I sent number of emails with no respond. I clearly stated that I don’t want the product any longer and want to cancel it, as it was a gift, and as the delivery never came, it is not necessary any longer. I spend there over €150 and has no money back, nether product. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend any money in this store.
