Order not delivered, no response, cancellation ignored
I placed order #1702259892, which was meant to be delivered before Christmas. The delivery never arrived, and despite multiple emails to customer support, I received no response whatsoever.
These items were intended for Christmas, and due to the delay and lack of communication, I was unable to source alternatives as most shops were already closed. I formally requested cancellation and a full refund, but even this request has been completely ignored.
The issue is not just the failed delivery, but the total absence of customer support. No updates, no replies, and no acknowledgement at any stage.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Thank you for your reply. However, I must dispute this explanation.
I was at home throughout 23 and 24 December and received multiple deliveries from other couriers during that period without issue. No delivery attempt, missed delivery notice, or message was made by your courier, and no evidence of an attempted delivery has ever been provided to me.
More importantly, the core issue remains the complete lack of communication from your customer service despite multiple emails, including a formal cancellation request. The refund you mention was only referenced after a public Trustpilot review, not in direct response to my written requests.
I am now awaiting written confirmation that the order is cancelled and the refund has been processed. Until this is completed, the matter remains unresolved.
