Our driver was in time, had a nice sign with our name to identify him. The company website also sent us notice of who would be our driver. The driver was very helpful and drove us to our hotel in a very nice car. We will definitely use this company again.

Used welcome pickup to book airport taxi transfer in Greece. Found app very easy to use and taxi was punctual for both going and later return trip. Thought cost was also reasonable.

BAD experience. I booked a premium "Meet & Greet" at Fiumicino for a guest, but the driver failed to show up. He was incredibly slow to respond to my WhatsApp messages, and when he finally did, he claimed he sent a replacement. However, he gave me the wrong phone number for this new driver, creating total chaos. The paid service says that they will wait an hour in the airport for the person - based on our conversations, they didn't even wait more than ten minutes.

To top it off, he blamed me for supposedly sending him to a different address. He changed his story multiple times, and making up inconsistent excuses. My guest was left stranded and stressed at the airport. Avoid at all costs.
