On arrival in Istanbul

On arrival in Istanbul, our driver was in constant contact with me on WhatsApp & was very patient waiting for us as we collected our baggage after leaving the ship. He was kind, efficient & very personable. I am very impressed with Welcome Ickups & highly recommend them! Happy Travels!

Excellent, consistent service

Rides are easy to book, reasonably priced, drivers are on time and communicative. We've used the service in many cities, both in the US and Europe. It's always been a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

This took a lot of pressure off of me…

This took a lot of pressure off of me to figure out how I would get to my hotel from the airport. Traveling with a passenger who had limited mobility, I knew taking the metro or train to the city center and then walking with our luggage would be impossible. Welcome Pickup was convenient and I did not have to worry about finding a taxi and any sort of language barrier because they had my flight information in advance.
