I had a really positive experience with the academy overall. The tutors and support team were excellent throughout the course. Submitting assignments was straightforward, and the mentors were always very supportive. Whenever I had any issues, staff were available on calls and guided me clearly on what to do next, which I really appreciated.

The learning support and teaching quality were great, and I felt well supported during the entire course.

The only area for improvement, in my opinion, is the certification process after course completion. It took longer than expected to receive the certificate, and I feel this could be improved. A quicker assessment and certification process would be really helpful for students and would improve the overall experience.

Overall, a good academy with strong support, just needs improvement in certification turnaround time.

Jenson was really great with the knowledge on teaching about carer work. Understood everything.

The teacher were very friendly and explained a lot in as much as it was easy to understand. The staff was very welcoming and everyone was super friendly. The environment was clean and conducive for learning. Everyone was friendly and also very professional. I would recommend anyone for Welfare Academy.
