You know the place is bad when the owner creates a profile called hanscowboy and then leaves a great review of his own business lol

This shop is no good, actually, is worse. The owner is a disgusting person. Please don’t buy anything there.

Few times I write a review for a bike shop because technicians are usually rude and not service minded.

But we like bikes was a breath of fresh air. My bike had a problem in my holiday and they had immediately available appointments.

They are very service oriented, always open and clear communication and they delivered the bike on time and as promised. In AMS I would have had to wait a week or two to get my repairs, and it would have ruined my holiday.

They also have a bike cleaner so my bike came back as good as new. 10/10 would go back.

Finally I can get my bike repair near by my job and with great personal

From the second attempt my bike was repaired 🙏🏻 Although i could not drive it for two months which is very upsetting. The communication support was very good. People were always in tough with me. That helps. The technician Hans Eisermann, who came twice was very professional and did his best to help.

Best and prompt service. Professional team. Top quality.

Needed to index the gears on my Wilier Triestina race bike and Hans (the owner) and his mechanic very very helpful and friendly and did it in a very short time. Now I am going back every time I need to fix my racing bike.
