No enquiries at all from this site while I was getting quite a few each week from other sources. The website isn't very intuitive to use from the practitioner side. I also had a random payment pending for ages on my credit card, it eventually disappeared but I had contacted them about it and no one replied.
* The random payment mentioned was after the verification fee and first months membership had already been taken. I'm not disputing the need to verify counsellors, I had already been verified.

I have been on the welldoing directory as a therapist for over three years and I have been very happy with the conversion of potential interest to actual client relationships. Generally the clients that have come to me through welldoing, have been totally genuine and reliable and many have turned into long term relationships. I found my dealings with both Alice and Louise from welldoing totally professional and supportive.

Alice at Welldoing has been wonderfully supportive and kind. The company as a whole is excellent and I recommend them whole-heartedly.

I haven't received any clients so I am cancelling my subscription.

A complete con. They took money from me without informing me first that I had to be affiliated with a professional association. And refused to pay it back.

I have made contact with a nice therapist. We have yet to start work) actually it's my son).
But trying to pay for the first introductory session was a total nightmare. I wish I could have just done a straightforward bank transfer.

As a Welldoing practitioner I'm constantly delighted by the opportunity to Lunch and Learn with big hitters in the therapy and psychology community. These online CPD sessions for the Welldoing therapists and coaches are intimate, thought-provoking and inspiring. They also give us the the chance to get up close to some of our heroes. Thanks Louise and Alice, it's a fantastic bonus for all.

Welldoing is an excellent counselling platform for promoting self-employed counsellors and therapists, they are supportive and engaging, and work tirelessly to present their clients in the best way possible.

I attended a peer support group and I was made to feel really welcome. It was great to be heard and validated.I am looking forward to attending the CPD.
Also appreciate the advertising.
Welldoing.org has been a great place for me to promote my work and develop my practice. Louise and Alice take a sensitive and holistic approach to the experience of both therapists and clients. The site has been a place for me to extend my client base and also for me to learn and develop, through opportunities for CPD and creating content. Highly recommend.

As a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor who has been working in private practice for over 10 years, I have come across a range of different directories. Welldoing.org has really stood the test of time for me and is a directory I happily recommend. Over the years, I have had a number of referrals who have developed into strong therapeutic relationships, and I have appreciated how reliable, committed and engaged my welldoing.org clients have been. Whether it is their Personalised Matching Service, their questionnaire which help clients identify a suitable counsellor or their informative Lunch and Learn CPD events and member benefits, welldoing.org continues to positively surprise me.

As a therapist I have to say I've had excellent results so far from Welldoing.org. Some really useful enquiries that have already led to a few new clients. The site is also a great resource of useful reading material. Very happy so far.

My choice of therapist has been exactly as I preferred.
The welldoing representatives have supported me with any queries I have had.

Nothing but positive things to say about how much welldoing.org has helped our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I have joined them for about a month now, and not even a single client has been matched with me. Their resources are great, but I joined them to get more clients, not necessarily for their blogs and events...

I'm looking for a therapist, and hoped to get something in place asap (as really struggling with life at the moment). With this in mind, I was excited to come across this site, and its matching service. But, having filled out the online forms, I was both confused and frustrated to find a request for payment of £90 at the end of the process. I have no idea what this is for - whether its a platform fee, or charge for first session. If its the latter, and I'm not comfortable with the therapist that I'm matched with, what then happens to the £90. I wont be taking things forward, but recommend someone at Welldoing does some serious thinking about this aspect of the user experience. For many of us who are desperate to find the 'right' therapist £90 is a lot of money to hand over without knowing anything at all about the matching process, timeframe, or what say we have if we aren't happy with options presented.
