Although my membership was basic, it allowed me access to so many different kinds of gyms and classes closest to home. It also included body massages twice a month.

I pay 200 pounds a month for my membership and they allow only ONE late cancellation (or if you attend the class, but forget to check in on the app, they will block you for booking classes that month as well). Classpass is a similar app, but it doesn't ask you to check in both in the studio + on the app, I've asked many times why Wellhub has this policy, because similar apps work fine and don't make the client check-in twice. It's often the case that I rush to an exercise class before or after work and to allow only one time to not check-in or if there are trains cancellations and you simply cannot get there, they don't care. Customer support is terrible, it's impossible to get past the AI agent and to a real person to help you, I've been trying to get in touch for 2 days and even though I reach out during work hours, their team is not available. If you use it a lot, it's a good value for money, but all the hard rules and no support make this a service a really unsatisfactory one.

I'm a business and since day one Wellhub has been nothing but trouble ie. zero customer service, no after sales assistance, non-payments, app issues etc etc etc. List goes on
I am in process of severing my business woth Wellhub now, and that is proving extremely vexing and challenging on Wellhubs part
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are a business. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

I've happily been a partner of Wellhub for years, until without my knowledge or consent they moved my studio up to a more expensive membership tier - meaning the vast majority of customers who used to book with us via Wellhub no longer can.
Our revenue has dropped to practically nothing overnight and it's upset lots of regular clients.
They promise a 3 hour response time on their website, but I haven't heard anything back from their customer support team in days.
I outreached to the contact who set up my partnership (Antonio Barati) who was very communicative when it came to setting me up on the platform, but once I had a complaint fobbed me off with "we do need to ensure the structure remains commercially sustainable on our side"
Very disappointing way to treat a small business

The management helped me in solving the problem I was facing while registering. The best part is that the top management is approachable and relentless follow up regarding solving the issue faced by me.

Wellhub subscription is an absolute bargain! I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week, as I'm only starting out, but there is one very near to work, and it's perfect for me locationwise. I have signed up the whole family, and you can even have different plans from each other, so it someone needs different locations, or facilities, the plan can be tailored to their needs. I am very impressed, and I haven't really explored all the available apps yet!

Juliana had quick responses & helpful information! She gave me reassurance that the app issue will be fixed for further use & I will not be charged for this mistake on the gyms end.

I love that they offer $6 per month membership options to the local YMCA!

It was great when it was Gympass now it just feels misleading.mThe app frequently doesn’t work, and you often can’t check in. There are constant technical issues. If you miss just one check-in in the app, they cancel all your upcoming classes and block you from using the service until the next month even if you checked in at the gym’s front desk. The only way to restore access is to pay a fee. What’s worse is that there’s no customer service available on weekends. You end up having to pay even when the issue is clearly on their end. The only real option is to take videos and photos as proof and open a dispute with your bank.
This situation happens often and creates unnecessary stress. An app that’s supposed to support wellbeing ends up becoming a nightmare and a major source of frustration instead.

I like the optionality for attending gyms. The available apps and access to those apps is not straightforward. I would much prefer to see all the options available to me via an online website to easily navigate and read details. Trying to find everything via the app is clunky.

I am loving the use of other gym swim sauna classes etc

I definitely enjoy the option of being able to utilize multiple gyms. I do believe WellHub would be much more beneficial if they added a few other gyms because NJ members seem to have much more access.

There is only 6 free gyms in the whole of Dublin. We need more dublin gyms. Thank you

As a disabled user who has just signed up I find it frustrating that I can’t select my ‘spot’ in the class that I’m booking into at 1Rebel. I was a direct member and chose a spot in classes that worked for me in terms of accessibility and now I can’t do this. I’ve only signed up to Wellhub as I save a decent amount of money but please allow ppl to choose their spots in the classes! I’m now trying to see if the studio will manually change my spots but I wish I had the autonomy to do this myself. Please look into this

Read this before you buy any membership from this company. I had an awful experience with them and they have not been helpful.
I made my own account, all good. When I added a family member, I got their email wrong. I was unable to edit the email, so they were unable to get login credentials, of course. Then I made another account with the correct email, but this time they got an error every time they tried to log in. Has not worked for days, and tried to contact them. Are you ready for the good part?
They have automated chat only. No contact number. Getting to a human is a time sink and a pain. When I finally managed, they failed to solve either of my problems (cancel the duplicate account and refund it, plus help to gain access with the correct account). 4 days later nothing was sorted. Trying to chat again, no way to connect to a human.
The app is atrocious and contacting them, even via email, returns an AI message (sending you links to unrelated issues). Be warned if you decide to put any money in this garbage customer support.

Very disappointing experience. I made two reservations at my usual gym and attended both sessions. However, after each visit, the system incorrectly marked me as a no-show and automatically blocked my account, preventing me from making new bookings.
Trying to contact support was extremely frustrating. The chat makes it almost impossible to reach a real person, and when I finally managed to escalate the issue, I was told support is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. I was contacting them at 9:30 a.m., within their stated hours.
I have already paid for the service, yet I am still unable to make reservations. This has been a waste of time and very frustrating.

I used to pay $99 for my gym membership. Now I pay $65 for the same gym, AND I get access to premium versions of apps that I wasn't paying for, and I can try out gyms across the city and the country. Couldn't recommend Wellhub enough!

for me i previously had urban sports club with bentifits from my previous company ( i paid less and could enter many places like sauna and dance courses).
with my basic plan i can barely enter low gyms (that doesn't have sauna for example).
