I too wish I had read the reviews

I too wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a cupboard on 1 July for delivery on 14 July. Needless to say it didn’t arrive. I contacted Wellindal many times on their website Contact Us section, but got fobbed off many times with them saying they would advise me when it was despatched. On 1 August I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. A refund was promised but that did not arrive within the promised fourteen days. In the end I contacted the parent company to which the money had been paid and threatened bad reviews on social media and today I have received my refund. I think the company just takes on too many orders and can’t cope with the volume.

Runaway

Runaway! Made an order 7 weeks ago, I haven't received any furniture and no refund yet! No number to call, only email that seems automatised. I hope they remove you from the internet soon!

An absolute bunch of criminals

An absolute bunch of criminals. I ordered a wardrobe and they only sent box 2/2. Only half the wardrobe and no screws or instructions. I have emailed them countless times and they just ignore every single one. I am now contacting my bank to try to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Refusal to refund money

I ordered two chairs in April. I was told repeatedly they were on there way. In July I still hadn’t received them and I was told they couldn’t locate my order. I provided proof of order and payment and they said they had mislaid the order. At the beginning of August they said i would receive My money back within 14 days.
I have now to date sent 4 emails and They have not replied to any of them. Do not use.

This was my first order of Wellindal

This was my first order of Wellindal. Ive read all of the reviews after i purchased and already thought thats it, my stuff not coming.
Ordered shoe cabinet on 13/07 and delivered to Ireland 14/08. It was slightly damaged in transport tho, but i was just happy i got it that didnt want to deal with it.

Still waiting for a refund as my item was out of stock so the order was cancelled. Customer service do not reply and when they do it’s in Spanish asking for a review!!! What a joke the site looks British so I ordered worst thing I did!! DONT USE

Worst service I’ve ever experienced

If there was an option for a “zero star”, I would have selected it. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I ordered a desk in the first week of June. Needless to say it never turned up. I didn’t hear back from the company until 2.5 months later when they told me that it had been returned. I still haven’t been refunded and their customer service is completely unreachable.

Unfortunately I ordered before reading…

Unfortunately I ordered before reading the reviews..been waiting 2 years for a refund.the company always says their system is down and they will refund as quickly as possible..but after 2 years I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen.Google and all providers should not allow this fake company to advertise on their site.We have contacted the Spanish based company over the years but nothing.

Does somebody have their contact details?

I ordered a table for delivery on the 7th of July. It is now midway through August and I have heard nothing from them.
They have taken my money and left the order.
I have no way of contacting them so if anyone has had success please give me the information like an email address or phones number. It would be greatly appreciated.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company. Please do not buy from this company. It’s such a risk.

Great service!

I have read previous reviews but my experience of Wellindal has been totally different. My initial order i placed was not the colour i wanted so i emailed requesting a change, received a reply within 12 hrs that they had made the change. Was advised shipment had been made but i couldnt track it, emailed them again asking for an update, they replied have contacted shipper will advise. In the meantime goods were delivered! I was sceptical as to whether i would ever see them but so happy with my purchase. Will use again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ignore the 1 star,I would give them -10 stars if I could. My story is the same as everyone else, ordered a cupboard, got told it would be delayed so cancelled order and was told would have refund within 14 days. That was on the 20th July and still no refund. I have reported this company to Trading standards and EU trading standards I message them regularly but only get email in Spanish asking what I think about their service, so today I told them exactly what I thought. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I DONT WANT THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY.

5 Star Service

Wellindal have been a delight to deal with from placing my order to communication about the purchases I made to delivery of the items from Rhenus Logistics all within the time frame promised. The items arrived in perfect condition on a pallet shrinkwrapped with original taping from Wellindal still in place. The furniture is excellent quality and bought for a fraction of the price it would have cost here.
I would have no hesitation using them again

All meaning more or less the same but hopefully you get the jist of this company, that’s if they exist.

Truspilot you need to have a rating system that clearly shows negatively, stars do not represent a negative irrespective if it's colour is red.

My suggestion, if you have money to waste and you will be if you decide to click on the” confirm purchase” button, you may as well get the equivalent money in cash and rip it up because that's exactly what you are doing when you buy your non-existent goods from this company.

Save yourself the stress, go and buy something from another company.

Like many others my order didn’t arrive, I managed to get a couple of replies but to only tell me they were waiting on the goods, I placed the order on 30th June and it’s now 14th August and no communication from them. Fortunately I contact the fraud department at my bank and they very quickly refunded the money to me without quibble and is now pursuing Wellindal.

I always read reviews, sadly this is one instance I didn’t, don’t be a victim only to later be adding another negative review and declaring you’ve lost money to them too.

If you have fallen victim then contact the European Consumer Centre, they have an office in the UK and offer free advice and assistance, they sent my complaint to the Spanish office but lucky me got my money swiftly from my bank. Unfortunately you cannot add emails to your review but you will easily pick it up from their website.

TERRIBLE COMPANY STOLE MONEY

I am sick I never read the reviews before ordering from the company. I was told my cabinet was on the way then it never arrived so I contacted them and they said that it was delayed. Waited another week and contacted them again. They said they do not have a delivery date. I asked could I cancel the order they said no problem and refund will be processed in 14 days that was a month ago I have emailed them 5 times no response. They literally stole my money I am sick. They are fraudsters and scam artists BEWARE

*AVOID* If I could review -5*, I would.

Made my order & then read the reviews (instant regret). Tried to cancel my order multiple times & received no response. Finally heard back after my order had been ‘dispatched’ & was advised to reject my order, and I would receive a full refund. My order arrived 2 weeks later than it should have. I rejected as advised at the end of June.
This has been ongoing for over a month now, and I have sent lots more messages, and now not responding. **AVOID**

DO NOT USE

Disgusting company. Placed an order, took money immediately. Chased up my order only to be told it was out of stock. Told we would receive a refund in 14 days.......still waiting! If I could leave zero stars I would! Furious at a time when people are struggling due to furlough you can “steal” from customers.

You don't get what you order

The product promised wasn't the product I received. It was the wrong color, and they put the wrong parts in.
They also packaged the nuts and bolts loose in the box which damaged the product. There was also a hole in the box so half the nuts and bolts fell out.

Do not use them.

AVOID!

Purchased desk on 21st July which has never arrived! I’ve paid £12 for the delivery, tracking number shows the delivery went back to Spain! Sent hundreds of e-mails to these thief’s as there is no telephone number/no one to talk to. They do reply advising “Sorry for inconvenience”, but still no refund!
DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE as they will only take your money without providing the goods!
