we bought a kitchen sink tap. the product is beautiful, and i was really happy with both the speed of delivery, communication of Wellsons and the product delivered. would definitely buy again.

Phone ordering.

I did a phone order. The salesperson was very helpful and very polite.
The goods was delivered promptly as promised.

Bath tub an ddrain plug

The items were delivered- however it did take a number of emails to remind the staff. Two items were ordered and the second item was omitted and had to be delivered later.

While Wellsons may sell good products…

While Wellsons may sell good products at a good price, the delivery service that they use is TERRIBLE. Delivery company told us that they couldn't deliver our two vanities inside 'due to insurance'. The house is gutted for renovation and there is nothing that could be damaged, it is just that their trolley wouldn't fit through the door. I booked a pallet trolley myself so that I could move them inside upon delivery and requested that they deliver in two days' time. Instead the two vanities were left outside with little protection from rain and they didn't even get my signature for delivery or notify me that they had been delivered. Appalling experience.
