fast postage ,parts well wrapped in post

Ordered a Thomson X2 road stem, cheapest price on google, item was delivered next day in perfect condition. Perfect online transaction, highly recommend this seller.

We love mountains are great, but watch out for the expensive postage as it makes their advertised price not dissimilar to other online shops : o

Ordered some new Anon goggles, which only seemed to be in stock in a very few places. I selected standard shipping and the item dispatched the same day (I placed the order at 5am) and arrived 2 days later. A really great experience.

Ordered a top from them which was not listed as being a woman's top on the site, found it through the search function. Arrived, women's top as mentioned, not what I wanted or expected, they told me it was MY FAULT for ordering the wrong item refused to refund postage back.

Will never do business with them again, not worth the hassle if you ever have a problem, have had similar problems with other companies, nothing but apologies and free of charge returns.

The product was really good and well priced but the postage was extortionate at £10. I have never been asked to pay this amount of money before for postage on a pair of shoes - would definitely use again but only if the postage charges are dramatically reduced.

These guys cool. Delivered faster than Concord. Must have.

Impressive range of Burton stock for mid season - couldn't find the board I wanted in the size I wanted anywhere else (including the US !). However price was also lower than anywhere else. Great stuff guys.

Some shops give you freebies llike tools or shock pump were u need to set ur bike on ur liking but dont expect from welovemountain they dont give any! sad:)Bike were nice thou.

I'd previously never heard of Welovemountains so was slightly dubious of the very low price of an Arc'teryx jacket that I had been wanting compared to every other internet sellers. I took the punt and was not disappointed. Fantastic jacket and great service from Welovemountains.

The only downside I found was the cost of postage and packaging with sale items. There seems to be only one cost for everything - £10 standard. I paid the extra £3 for next day delivery - a total of £13. The package arrived in a black postage bag of sorts with a Royal Mail postage mark with a cost of £3.95. The black postage bag would have cost pennies Id suspect, so there is essentially a mark up of about £9 in cost. This mark up actually puts the jacket price closer to those being sold in other outlets, so it doesnt actually make it as low as first thought.

For sale items, I think they should possibly look into P&P costs that are aligned with weight bands rather than just the one standard cost.

Bought some five tens, great price, half sizes available and arrived within two days.

More than happy and would definitely use again or recommend to others.
