VooVets have been nothing short of lifesavers for our puppy. After a devastating experience with another vet, where she had surgery to remove two foreign objects and was left with a severe scar and internal damage, we were heartbroken and worried for her future.

When she suddenly began vomiting and collapsing, we rushed her to VooVets emergency out of hours. From the moment we walked in, the care and professionalism were on another level. The team acted quickly, reassured us throughout, and gave her the immediate attention she desperately needed.

She has since undergone surgery at VooVets, and the difference in quality of care has been remarkable. They carefully repaired and tidied her scar, took thorough samples, and most importantly, ensured her safety every step of the way.

Thanks to VooVets, our puppy is finally on the road to recovery. Their expertise, compassion, and genuine dedication have given her a second chance at life. We are forever grateful — and we wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service at the VOO veterinary clinic. Two times, they changed appointment on the day and now they change it without notifying me. This caused inconvenience and wasted my time. I expected more professionalism in such matters.

We have monthly subscription and We are completely satisfied with the work of the doctors.
However, we cannot be confident that we will receive the scheduled appointment time. The uncertainty in securing the requested time slot remains a concern for us.
