Very disappointing customer service
I have recently set up an account with Raisin and, unfortunately, my first experience of their customer service has been very disappointing.
I tried calling both yesterday and today. On each occasion I was told the waiting time was approximately 6 minutes, but today I eventually hung up after 27 minutes without getting through to anyone.
I have also emailed Customer Service and have received no reply.
Given that I am considering transferring a substantial amount of savings to Raisin, I would expect to be able to speak to someone when I have a query.
So far, I am not impressed. I would appreciate it if someone from Raisin could contact me and address my concerns.

Frustrating experience. If you need to speak to someone you could be in trouble
I am updating the review written a couple of weeks ago to include my experience since. After the review below was published, I was contacted by someone from Raisin in Germany. They were full of apologies and promised that if I resubmitted my request to add a new nominated account it would be dealt with within a couple of days.
Unfortunately I had the same experience again and my request has been cancelled. I can only conclude that these people are incompetent and I would not trust them. They have shown that even if you do make contact with them, they may not follow through.
I have been totally unable to get my account off the ground. One needs to verify an account for lodgements and withdrawals. For some reason they were not satisfied with my documents. The send emails asking me to call them within days...only problem is that's not possible as they seem to have no one to answer the phone. They problem occured twice with 2 different accounts. I have called on multiple occasions but never get through. Sometimes they have a message giving an estimated wait time but that comes and goes without a connection. Sometimes I am connected directly to the hold music with any introduction (or end). I now want to just close my account and get away from them but seems I still need to call which seems impossible.

I have been investing in this investment website. I had a CD account that it matured Aug 16 2026. To my surprise Raisin ARBITRARILY & without any email notice to inform me that Raisin REINVESTED that CD on Aug 14 2026. My CD account says Cancellation PENDING. I requested a Supervisor to call me today Apr 17 but NOBODY called back! I am writing this Survey to ALERT any Investor NOT to open an account with RAISIN. Additionally ALL representatives are located in the UK, Nobody is within the USA! I could categorically state that It is a MISTAKE to invest with RAISIN!!

With Demand Deposit accounts it would be helpful if the next Interest Payment Sum could be displayed, including projected amount of interest to be added to the account.

No interest in solving problems
I am stuck with an error on the contact details page that has stopped me accessing my account completely. I have tried repeatedly to contact them but they just send communication via the app which I cannot access. Multiple times and no progress. They just dont seem to care about customers
