As always the service was exceptional, the car was booked whilst I was in HRI and after leaving the building it was pulling up outside of the hospital. Sammi, the driver was absolutely first class extremely friendly, polite and superb driver. A real pleasure to meet her and she certainly knew the quickest and shortest route to my home. The service this company offers and provides is a credit to them and all of the drivers are always so polite, helpful and friendly including the office staff. Well done to you all!

Great taxi service

I started using this company when it first opened and was so happy with it. Sadly it has gone dramatically downhill in a fairly short time. Cars are constantly late, and when they finally arrive they don't even acknowledge their lateness. Recently I was messaged that my car was outside when it actually wasn't. Then the driver rang me to tell me he was outside. He still wasn't. When I asked where he was, he didn't know, and could only manage a couple of words in English. A good 90% of their drivers are foreign, do not know where they're going and cannot communicate. As a single woman I feel very vulnerable getting into the car with these drivers, but if I were to say anything I'd be accused of being racist. How can people who can't even read the road signs hold a driving license, never mind a taxi licence? Steer well clear of this company. I believe it's only a matter of time till we are reading about someone being assaulted by one of their drivers.

Booked with this company twice. Twice they’ve let us down.
Each time the operator offers no apology, you’re supposed to be grateful if they turn up at all.
Thank god Uber is here so we don’t have to deal with them anymore.

We recently used Wer2 for an airport booking, the service was great. Steve was the driver both ways, his car was spotlessly clean and the car really comfortable. Steve was polite and friendly and even came to the arrivals exit on our return journey meaning we didn't need to stress to find the car or pick up point as he greeted us and took us there. A really good experience and would definitely recommend and use again.

Have been using wer2 cars for about 3 weeks now and have found the operators to be very friendly and helpful and they get your car to you very quickly 😀, and the driver's are polite and friendly today I went uptown to get some shopping things that you can't get at the local corner shop and I found a lot of deals so I landed up with 3 bags of shopping my driver got out of his car and helped me with my shopping and when I got home he helped me take my shopping to the front door excellent service from this company and this drive all the drivers seem to be very helpful and friendly im very happy with the service at wer2 cars definitely a 5 star 🌟 service, THANK YOU RAY

Use regularly for local travel around Hull and surrounding area and they are polite, transparent and reasonably priced.
Used this week for airport runs in minibuses and they were the best priced, vans were clean and comfortable and the drivers were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Telephonists helped us figure out what size van we needed based on party size and amount of cases and were helpful throughout the process.
