It is the worst shop ever! Please, dont shop here! The customer support is equal 0 and also they charge the customer more than it says in the T&C. Shoes are in very bad condition, glue stains and cheap quality. Awful shop!
I ordered the shoes for present on Mother’s Day, as usual I pay with Klarna later. ( prepayment) contacted help line, agent write that it is on the process of delivery and will be sent in this day. It’s left several days and I hadn’t any notice of sending. I contacted the help line again and what the surprise- they didn’t receive my payment and it’s could not send. Ok, if agent provided for me this info I could pay immediately but agent Provided WRONG info.
So, don’t trust this company.
Very disappointed.
