Good customer service

There had been an automatic subscription linked to a purchase I had made on the site. However, the live chat was very responsive and they cancelled my subscription immediately. So, the customer service is excellent. Thank you for your quick action

Prompt membership assistance

Spoken to Marc,
Very very helpful sorting out my problems and explained everything clearly to me as I didn’t have a clue what was going on.
It took a while but Marc was patient enough to explain it all and solved the problem.
