Terrible service
We had our carpet fitted today. It was ordered on Monday and we were told it would be delivered and fitted today, Thursday 26 Feb 2026. However, we received a phone call this morning to say the carpet was faulty so it would not be possible to fit it today. The room was already cleared and ready to receive the new carpet. They informed us we could select another carpet, which we did. The carpet was fitted this morning but the fitters said we needed to take up the carpet ourselves (which we weren’t informed about) so my brother had to help remove the carpet. They weren’t going to replace the underlay despite us paying for it. When this was told to them, they replaced the underlay. However they refused to take the old carpet away and we also had to dispose of the off cuts of the new carpet. My brother had to make TWO separate trips to the council tip. Good job he drives! NOT RECOMMENDED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
