Fantastic service

Ordered boots but in wrong size. Messaged and they replied very quickly however I was too late to pull it from delivery
Received my boots and they fit perfectly so I was right in ordering after all. (Sized up am a 5 I got a 6.5 they are perfect)

Great shop with fantastic helpful…

Great shop with fantastic helpful staff. We bought boots and belts. We got great advice on the boots and staff were very clearly enjoying serving customers and making it a great experience. A great selection of items and well worth a visit. If you need advice guidance on anything all staff are willing to help.
We went on a day with lots of customers and the staff managed to make sure everyone was looked after and served.
Be prepared to wait outside on a busy day BUT remember the team there ensure you get a great experience and you get what you need. So if you have to wait a little you won’t be disappointed .

Good value, very helpful service, speedy delivery

Recently I made a couple of enquiries with this retailer re a belt i'd being attempting to find at right price in UK. In america it is $37 about £29 but shipping adds another £60 so finding it here at around £45 i thought good value but it was the wrong size. I checked with them the fittings construction and seemingly as press studs, i considered it would be.I bought and altered to smaller size all successful, so very pleased. Speedy delivery, well packed and signature required, all reasonably priced. Well done.

A very disappointing experience this…

A very disappointing experience this morning. Busy shop, two out of three assistants fawning over one customer. We felt like an inconvenience and were told we’d probably been looking at the wrong website when couldn’t see what we were looking for. Left without parting with any cash.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. On 13/9 My husband purchased a hat for me for my birthday (18/10) but when it arrived it was too big. He contacted the shop and had arranged to return the hat and they send out a smaller hat (the last one in my size). The hat they sent out was in awful condition, not new, no tags etc. so had to be sent back for a refund. My husband kept the larger hat as he didn't know what to do for my birthday.

Fast forward to today 3/10, they have all the sizes back in stock of the hat in question. I called the shop and explained I still have the hat that's too big for me, unworn, tags still on etc. can I please send it back for an exchange of a (new condition) smaller hat. The answer was no as the order my husband placed originally has now been closed by the accounts department.

So... I'm left with a hat that's too big for my birthday! If the smaller hat they had sent me wasn't in such bad condition, I wouldn't be in this situation but they don't seem to care about that, it seems their mistake is my problem!

First time using this shop aswell.

Buyers beware!

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Because I am not English doesn't mean they should treat me badly. Went there twice and was treated badly both times. I wanted to buy boots a jacket and other accessories but after two attempts I have given into thier complete lack of customer care and gone elsewhere.

Beware of restocking fees!

I ordered several items for choice. Unfortunately none of the items went with the outfit I was wearing. I returned the items as directed and within the 14 day window. The company decided to deduct £88.51 from my refund as a restocking fee. When I queried this as it’s not only ethically wrong it’s against U.K. law my money was refunded. They did however cancel my next order and I am no longer allowed to purchase from them online!

Great customer service. No issues at all

Over the past 4 months ive ordered 3 hats from them and my experience has always been solid. Even when i was accidentally sent the wrong model, it was resolved in a matter of hours, and the new one sent as soon as id provided the return tracking information. I have full confidence that ill be returning again in the future.

Laredo boots scuffed...

I purchased a pair of Laredo boots and managed to scuff them two days later. I took them in to the shop to see if they had anything they could recommend.

They took me straight down the road to the local cobblers and they polished them up on the spot. No cost to me. I couldn't have asked for better service and my boots look like new again. Thanks so much.

Outstanding selection of items and excellent customer service.

I was in the Wild Wild Western Wear shop a few weeks back to purchase a belt, but left with a belt, additional buckle, boots, cap, boot jack. The store is a dream to visit and your selection and stock is absolutely fantastic.

I was hoping to visit again recently but was unable to make the trip. As such I decided to have a go at the online shop. Items I never buy online are shoes and hats due to issues with size, comfort and the item in general. Anyway totally against my practise, I ordered some shoes, a cowboy hat and a trucker cap.

The items arrived and were very well packed in fact the packing was excellent even the fragile warning sticker had "Thank You" on it, nice touch.

All items were in excellent condition and the quality of all items was excellent and everything fitted very well.

I wanted to pass on my appreciation of an excellent service and a terrific selection of items. The online service was a good experience and the fact that you offer a free postal service after a certain amount is very good and greatly appreciated as some providers don't offer that.

I hope to get up to see you again soon, but congratulations on what for me is a 5 star service.

Great customer service

I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service you will get from Wild Wild Western Wear. I ordered a hat which was delivered on time. The hat was too big and that was my fault. I left them a voicemail and they returned the call in less than 5 minutes. Nothing seemed to much trouble. The hat was returned and a replacement arrive very quickly.

Great quality products at a very reasonable price, packaged very carefully and a quick service. I highly recommend Wild Wild Western Wear.

Do not waste your money!

Do not waste your money purchasing from this company! The customer service is abysmal. I purchased a belt that broke after 3 months, refused a refund and told I was ‘using it incorrectly’. Would not waste my money here again.

Beautiful Bolo Tie bought.

I am German, and bought the Western Express BT-19 Bolo Tie, online from Wild Wild Western Wear. Shipping was very fast. From the United Kingdom to Germany. And the Bolo Tie looks beautiful. Five of five stars.

Fantastic experience

Do not buy online from them, poor customer service

I was bought a pair of boots for Christmas. They convinced my mum she should size down, even though I have the same brand boots in true size.
Unfortunately they were too small. By the time I was able to email and arrange a return in the New Year, they said I was out of the returns timeframe. Shocked, as they clearly create a small returns window on purpose. Then they agreed to the return as I was going to order more boots that would have cost £200+ more.
They sent the email to the the person who originally bought the boots and not me, and then because I was one day late paying the difference (as I didn't receive the email directly), they then cancelled the returns agreement.
For a family business they have a strange way of offering poor customer service.
I DO NOT recommend buying online from them.
Poor customer service, convincing someone to size down and blaming their 'system' on not allowing boots to be returned. POOR POOR POOR.
