Horrible manners Im not surprised. You dont see smile on their faces. Upon returing the car I had rented, four people came to examine the car what they found was some clothes mark as I had just washed the car,a woman and a guy screaming at me, saying "I own this company", who wasn't happy with the car wash but in fact he was angry that I had returned the car after completing 12week contract. They had many other car parked there. Business seems very bad thats why he was taking on me.
In addition to their unfriendly, rudeness they are also dishonest. They had told me on the phone the minimum contract was 10weeks but when signing the contract they said you have to give tow weeks notice after 10weeks. They had also not mentioned they that would charge every ticket £12. They didn't give my deposit. Afew people here giving positive reviews will certainly regret when theu return the car, If the reviews are genuine. Horrible experience.
Great work bad after sales
The work done if faultless but the after sales is terrible, as much as i paid the outstanding balance the same day the work was completed i have received emails and now a phone call asking for money. I had pointed out to them previously i can see on my statement that they had been paid in full but this does not seem to stop them pestering me.
Teething Issues with our transfer
We are new clients to Westgate IT and in the early stages of transition from one IT firm to another, there was always going to be minor issues. Joseph & Mark dealt with these in a very professional and knowledgeable way and got us up and running smoothly again in half the time we were expected - Good Stuff ;)

Great bunch!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Westgate IT. They're really efficient and patient, which is useful as I'm not very tech savvy! They're also really friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and fast
My computer died suddenly and without warning. I phoned Westgate and they took the laptop in and confirmed its demise and recommended a couple of replacements for me. I chose the one I thought would be best, and Westgate ordered it for me. Within just a day or so Sean had set it up for me so that it was a replica of my old laptop, with the familiar apps and screensaver I was used to. Sean was also on hand to support a couple of queries I had after I started using it. Altogether Westgate gave a great service and I thoroughly recommend them.

Urgent Help Needed to meet Court Deadline
Background: My desktop PC hard drive totally gave up working last night. Westgate IT were ready to help at 8am this morning and had a replacement PC up and running for me within 1 hour - BRILLIANT Service!
"Thank you very much for helping me so quickly this morning and taking the stress away.
I met my deadline, for the child, with an hour to spare - so couldn't be happier (as to fail a child would be awful).
The desktop is working brilliantly now and thank you very much for the extremely useful advice on how to manage/set-up my mailbox more efficiently.

Westgate - a great choice for IT support
I have worked with Westgate IT for a number of years now and would recommend them to anyone. They have a good team of engineers and an excellent team of account managers who ensure we get the service we desire. From minor laptop or system glitches to planning and implementing larger projects such as server replacement and program migrations I always find them to get the job done with minimum impact to our work. For our IT support, it is about getting the right help at the right time and I would say 98% of the time we do - with anything there has to be a little room for improvement! If you are looking for IT support, Westgate IT would be a great choice.
