Derrick & Gavin
My organisation have been working with Westgate for quite some time now. However we are now fortunate in that we have two engineers onsite (Derrick & Gav) who feel very much part of our team now. They have definitely earnt respect as they have both got to know our business and our priorities and nothing has been too much trouble for them. As Head of Contact Centre Services this is something that I have struggled with in the past. However, it's a pleasure to work with them even if their office banter needs some work :)

True partners, not just a supplier
Westgate IT are true partners and not just a supplier - they go above and beyond and are with you through thick and thin. They are the only IT provider we have worked with in 15 years that truly take the time to understand us - they aren't perfect by any means, no IT provider is, but they recognise this and work with you all the way to get to where you need to be. We're with them for the long haul, and they with us, and have recently deepened our partnership with them to allow us to focus on what we do best - support our own customers!

If they are unsure of something they will tell you, but they work it out and will solve your issues without fail.
