Technical support was able to answer my questions about which files needed to be replaced in order to update my website. It had been a long time since I had made any updates and I was worried about accidentally deleting the wrong files while using the FileZilla for the FTP transfer.
The support agent was very helpful in renaming the main folder that housed the previous site design for backup purposes, and created a new folder for me to upload the revised site into.

The WORST hoster I've ever seen!
Nothing goes well. I try to purchase a domain and it needs to get verified by a human, after a few hours it gets declined because the so-called "Anti Fraud Team" refuses some of my orders but not all of them.
Orders take MANY HOURS until they get ready.
The customer support experience was very bad, they're slow and not very helpful at the moment.
And then, I bought domains which I never received, also no confirmation e-Mail sometimes.
That's not good at all!

I rarely use the features - but I've been a Westhost customer for 25+ years. I was pretty confused about how to fix an email account for my wife - who is using a new computer. The agent - "Amit B" I believe - was extremely patient and helpful. I was able to get my issue resolved.
