Sam and Steward delivered our furniture last week. What nice guys, delivered with care and nothing was too much trouble. We paid for white glove service which was well worth the money. Unfortunately a leg on the corner sofa was damaged on delivery but they changed the item the same day (which involved another 6 hour round trip for Sean who was also delightful) so everything was sorted with no dramas. Couldn’t rate this company highly enough. Will definitely be using again. Great quality products.

Outstanding service from Sam Currie in the Guildford store. 3 days from our order being placed to sitting on our beautiful new Excel sofa set in the sunshine in St Ives, Cornwall. Sam could not have been more helpful and the quality of the sofa is up to the usual Westminster standards. Would highly recommend!

Very pleased that this new showroom has arrived in Guildford. We had two visits and met with Sam and Justyna who were absolutely delightful, knowledgeable and have the balance right with offering advice and allowing time to browse. It is so refreshing to find garden furniture that is different from the garden-centre rattan options. An order has been place for the Moon sofa's and armchairs - very much looking forward to the delivery.

Delivery was within a week of ordering and Sean & Sam the delivery team provided a first class service. Highly recommend this company and their products. From sales to installation everything was very straightforward.

I've had a wonderful experience with Westminster Outdoor Living so far! From the customer service at the Guildford showroom to the delivery, it was so seamless and felt like a very high end operation. Sean and Mark were quick and efficient with the assembly and the furniture looks phenomenal! I am so excited about the quality and look of the set. I am still waiting on some back ordered items, but I was expecting a wait so that is not a worry now. Looking forward to having our patio be the oasis I've been dreaming of!

Have now placed our 3rd order with Westminster, started in Elements in Bluewater, now moved on to the showroom in East Grinstead. Ordered on a Monday with the help of the brilliant Sue and Fiona, had a delivery arranged for the Friday straight away, was delivered by Sean and colleague. Had a faulty parasol, which Sue, Fiona sorted and Sean kindly came back and replaced it next day for bank holiday weekend. Showed us it fully working. One very happy customer, thanks team…

Delivered as stated, Mark and Stuart quickly set up our lovely outdoor table.
They were professional and courteous throughout clearing up after everything was completed to our approval.
They even helped move our old furniture.
Very happy with our purchase.

We had a problem with a chair which was under warranty. We rang Westminster. They said: it was no problem and they would come back with a delivery date for the replacement piece. They rang back in under two hours giving us the date of delivery. When the delivery date arrived they arranged the delivery and fitting of the piece. We are local, so Sean arrived the next day and our lovely chair was quickly restored to new. Both he and the rest of the team involved should be congratulated as the service from everyone was polite and efficient and everything happened as they said it would - often a rarity in this day and age

Excellent service from start to finish. Jason in the Chelmsford showroom was more than helpful and when delivered, Mark and Nathan assembled the furniture quickly and efficiently. Would thoroughly recommend!
