My initial order was on June 16
My initial order was on June 16. It is now August 4 and I still don’t have my order. My order has been sent to the wrong address twice. I have sent several emails with my correct address. I even found the address where the order was delivered. The lady there said she didn’t know what I was talking about(even though I had a picture of her house with the package on the front porch). She now has received two orders from Westmore Beauty that I paid for! I did a chat yesterday with Westmore and was promised hat I would recieve the product…..we’ll see

I am a professional businesswoman and have been purchasing you coverup for 6 months. I ordered an other one in early July and got a bill this weekend for more of product that I did not order! Furthermore find out I am on monthly auto ship which I never ever authorized!!! That sneaky tactic has turned me of about this business. I called to get a refund today and I won't be ordering anymore product if you continues to stick me on auto ship!!!! That was absurd!
