I'm really pleased with the quality as well as the customer service. The only issue is that most of the nicer products are made in China and as a result, are subject too very high tarrifs. I wish they would be made in a more tarrif-friendly country.

I have made only one order so far. My first impression of both the product quality and the service is good. However, the website occasionally froze while I was browsing and shopping. Additionally, I couldn't find a box for a wide ring—in my case, 12 mm. I'm afraid of putting the ring in a standard box, as it might tear the insert.

I have been ordering from Westpack for 10 years. They have just stopped doing their grey Piano box, which I had ordered in volume throughout. My last order was pink. The quality just wasn't there compared with the grey boxes. They cardboard was flimsy and I have a pile of boxes on my desk that need re-sticking at the sides - those are the ones I saved, not the ones I threw away in absolute frustration. At the price charged, I'd expect them to at least stick properly. I've now ordered a consignment of white, we'll see in the next few weeks if these are any better. Prices are getting ridiculously high for less quality so I am looking around for another potential supplier.

Excellent. The quality of the boxes, the colour, the look, the thickness and feel is really great. The logo printing looks perfect and I am really happy with my first order from Westpack. Communications and timescale were excellent.

I use a selection of Boston eco jewellery boxes and eco cotton drawstring pouches which are all of excellent quality, and great to have the free logo printing. The website is easy to navigate, delivery is within the timeframe, and UPS are very reliable couriers. I would always recommend Westpack.

Delivery time on the seller’s side was as expected. Unfortunately, FedEx caused delays in Germany, which is not the seller’s fault.

I‘m very happy with the products, already ordered a couple of times. always in best condition and shipping is fast and reliable. Sadly I found single broken boxes in my last order, but other than that I‘m happy!

Westpack jewellery boxes are lovely, and I love the fact that you can get super slim boxes and eco friendly ones too. However, they have become so expensive that I am going to look elsewhere.

UPDATE - 16/12/2025
It has turned out that WestPak has organized a new shipping to me later today, thus allowing me to take part in an important Christmas market on 20th. Absolute first class customer care , would recommend 100%.

I have still not received my order. I have been on to GLS on several occasions and they have informed me that my parcel is lost.

I take it this is your responsibility as you contracted GLS to deliver and they have failed to do so. Can you process this order again immediately and forward to me in a timely manner.
