I went to a different company first as they had the colours I wanted for my boxes however, when it came to my design first they wanted a higher dpi over 300 which I provided then that still wasn't enough, as an independent jeweller I had created the logo myself, westpack took what i gave and in days sent me a proof to check, I was absolutely blown away how easy the experience was, can't thank them enough for my beautiful boxes

The quality is so much better than any other company in this price range. We've been through a few providers previously which were okay, but nothing close to Westpack in terms of quality, speed and overall service. Also the prices for samples are very fair and they have a great selection of environmentally friendly choices.

I especially love that the website is simple and professional.

Customer service is lovely as well, questions are answered fast and clear.

Absolutely sick to death of Westpack, almost every order this year is wrong, wrong logos, wrong quantities, wrong colours. They simply can not get an order right.
Complete waste of time and energy.
Last time they promised this would not happen again.
Useless customer service, useless company.
After years of orders we will now go elsewhere.
Complete joke of a business who are incompetent at best. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want constant stress and time wasting LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS

Westpack has an amazing customer service team. My questions are answered on a short timeline. They are always willing to listen and provide support where needed (also special thanks to Trine!) The products I ordered are amazing and my customers think the same! So if you doubt ordering from WP? Don't! You won't regret it!

I had some cotton bags embossed with my brand logo in metallic rose gold and I'm absolutely thrilled with them. The quality is lovely, customers love them and I'll definitely be ordering more.

Outer boxes could be labeled on the lids in bigger clearer print.

I’ve been a loyal WestPack customer for over 5 years, but this experience was very disappointing.

I asked for photos to compare box colors but was told to buy samples instead. After paying for samples, choosing one, and approving the print, I was then told the boxes were out of stock — even though they appeared available when I ordered.

Delivery took 10 days instead of the 3–4 stated on their website. I wasn’t informed, and when I reached out, I was told the timeline was just an “estimate.”
When the order finally arrived, one of the prints was wrong, causing another delay.

The situation forced me to reschedule an important campaign (photoshoot, launch date etc) and WestPack showed no concern.

I was offered just 10% off my next order — nothing for the one that caused all the problems. I had to ask for it myself, and it barely covers the inconvenience and frustration.

Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and accountability was really disappointing. I expected much better from a company I’ve supported for years.

I was really apprehensive about shelling out for custom packaging so early in my business set up stages but I’ve had a great experience with Westpack. I was able to order smaller quantities than most other packaging companies including the custom branding. Communication with the team about my design, proof and adjustments was quick and helpful. The products arrived safely well within the timeframe advertised and I’m so pleased with the quality of the products. I’ll definitely be ordering from Westpack again :)
