Excellent follow up service
I had previously bought a kimono through Whatagift and loved it. In fact I loved it so much I ordered another of a different colour. The price was very reasonable and the fabric stood up well to frequent washing in a hot climate.
For the second kimono, I mixed up my delivery address but did not notice until I checked the estimated delivery date. Natasha followed up my requests for assistance in rectifying my mistake and the package was delivered to the correct address without any extra delay.
I really appreciated being able to follow up my purchase/mistake with a person who responded promptly . Great service.

I purchased the giraffe
I purchased the giraffe. It advertised as 120cms. When I received the item it measured as 110cms. The reason I was given by the company was that it is measured diagonally not horizontally!! Very disappointing. Make sure you ask questions before you purchase.
