Stephan was quick, diligent, and very competent. He was able to suss out the problem with my new domain in just a couple minutes and in just a couple minutes more had it all fixed and appearing online.

It is so easy dealing with WHC. PHP needing updating, I use the chat button, get over to a real person and withing 15 minutes everything was done. So easy. AND I love they are in Canada with me. It is a nice feeling to be hosted in your own country

I find WHC to be excellent to deal with. I have needed their expertise on everything from working with a publisher to upload data to addressing various issues for the hosting plan. I am not as knowledgeable about tech issues as many are, but whenever I asked for confirmation or help to resolve an issue, I was referred to someone who could help me to resolve the issue. Overall, I find them excellent in knowledge and service.

Their human agents have always been excellent. Even their AI chatbot isn't terrible to deal with. The chatbot will defer you to a human the moment it can't answer your question or if you just ask to speak to someone. I really appreciate that.
The last few tech support and sales interactions I've had with them have been stellar - helpful and forthright. Both admirable qualities to have in a company.
