The process was simple - I emailed pictures of my merchandise in my case a GI Joe and Hot Wheels Cars from the late 1960s. Wheeljacks sent me a very fair quote which I accepted. They then sent me a prepaid mailing label, I boxed up everything and mailed it. A few days later I received a check.

After gathering an inventory of everything I had, the owner Chris reached out almost immediately telling me how his company purchases everything I had on the list and gave me simple instructions on sending few group photos so he could draw up a quote. The estimate he provided was fair and within a couple days after my initial contact with Wheeljack's Lab, Chris was walking me through the process of shipping the toys at UPS. Shortly after Chris sent me entire Payment on PayPal and the toys arrived at his headquarters at the end of the week. Chris reached back out to let me know everything arrived and expressed his gratitude. Overall the transaction was as simple and speedy as it gets. I live in California and I've been carrying around a box of all my Transformers figures from childhood for over 25 years now. I never knew what to do with them. My kids and I don't use them, but throwing them away seemed like a waste and selling them always seem like too much of a hassel.

Enter Wheeljack's Lab. I found out about them on Reddit and conveniently on wheeljackslab[dot]com there's a big "Sell Us Transformers" button. I took a few pictures and filled out the form one night. The owner Chris got back to me literally within an hour the same night. He made me a reasonable cash offer and included pre-paid shipping labels as well.

It took me a little time to pack things up safely, but that was just buying a solid box and a big spool of bubble wrap off of Amazon. I dropped the box at my local UPS store and a few days later I got a confirmation from Chris and a Paypal transfer for the cash amount we agreed upon. Despite Wheeljack's Lab being in Iowa and me being in California, the process was still quite easy.

Honestly my only regret is that I didn't find Chris & Wheeljack's Lab sooner. So easy. A great experience. I highly recommend Wheeljack's Lab to anyone else in the same position.

On a personal note, I also still have a lot of nostalgia for my old toys and I can tell that Wheeljack's Lab is the type of place that respects them and will take good care of them.
