Wish I came here to read all these comments before buying. I bought a ride on train on December 6, 2022 to gift for the holidays. The page stated that it would arrive BEFORE Christmas, so I bought without hesitation. This was the main gift for my 3y/o who loves trains. As you may guess, it was a horrible feeling not being able to gift this on time. It took a very long time just to get the order’s number (KIDS 4038) and the confirmation of the transaction. A month has passed and STILL haven’t received the train. Customer service has been a complete FAILURE. Lack of communication either chat (provided thru the webpage) or email. PLUS telephone in the URL doesn’t work. This page is a total SCAM. I really hope I get my money back!!!

I ordered a skateboard for my son for his birthday. I bought it 23 September... Skateboard does not arrived yet and there is no information about when will arrive. Birthday was 3 days ago...

Contacted them for a return as their returns platform did not work. They told me they couldn’t issue a return label through email and to pay for it myself. I asked why not but did not get a reply. I ended up just returning it and paying for the postage. Then a week later I received a return label and told them I did not need it anymore and not to charge me for the return as I had paid it myself. When I got my money back they had still taken off €7 return amount. I emailed them three times asking for this back and never heard back or received my money.

Hey Wheelz4Kids, can you please tell me what's going on with my order (188084) and when can I expect it to be delivered?

I order a scooter on the 14th of June that on the website stated as immediately sent as was in stock. I paid for that and waiting to receive it. then no communication from the customer service as nothing has arrived and sent an email with a response that they facing logistic problems and I will have it until today 25/06/21 with one week delay that I am writing the review. Until now didn´t receive any tracking number as I asked for that and no clear indication when I will get it. Forgot to mention that I let them know that If they can deliver it to cancel my order and refund my money back as I will not be able to receive it after the end of June. Awful experience so far and really bad response from the customer support. if there was an option for zero star rate then they will get it. For me instead of charging for an order for an item, they don´t have in stock is better first to communicate with the client if want and willing to wait for the order.
Update !!! The email that you send me was in general that you received the payment and you will send the product ASAP (at your site when I make the order was stated as in stock, it means the next day must be send), so nothing changes the experience as I sent a lot of emails to find out what happens with my order and when I get it. Yes finally got it in poor packaging and the internal box was destroyed.

I was hesitant to leave a negative review as I know many deliveries/businesses have been impacted by coronavirus so delays might be expected, but I would advise to avoid ordering here.
The website states that orders are shipped in 3-7 days and after a month I had still recieved no contact at all about my order and no response to emails. I ended up having to claim the money back through PayPal dispute.
If I had received communication about delay I would have waited as I really wanted the product, however the total silence led me to worry that I was being scammed.

Update: instead of focusing on responding to their emails to avoid negative reviews in the first place, wheels4kids tried to have my review removed from trustpilot by claiming it was fabricated. I have provided evidence. Dishonest company, steer clear.

Avoid. Two weeks after the order I still had not received a confirmation or delivery estimate. Worst of all, there was no response at all to four separate emails to their customer service. The secret is, they have no customer service (shh, don't tell anyone, it's their big secret).

Then when they finally respond, it's only to cancel the order stating that the item is no longer in stock. It was a birthday present so this was very disappointing for everyone.

Do not order here. Unless you do not care about getting responses to your questions or actually receiving the items you ordered, in that case, go ahead.

UPDATE:
Despite not responding to my emails for two weeks they replied to this review within 1 day (see below). They have refunded the price one week after canceling the order. Makes you wonder why they ignored the attempts to resolve the issue in the first place? Unfortunately, the lesson here is that unless you make the issue public you will be ignored. Wish it could have been a better experience.
