Finally received my ordered item after 20 days, but till that point radio silence by Wheelz4Kids. I had almost lost hopes that I would receive my product.

Here is my story
I placed an order for "kids step" on Feb 6th 2021, It's been more than 2 weeks, I haven't heard anything from Wheelz4Kids, except the invoice.

I have emailed them several times but no response and the call doesn't connect either. It's so annoying, I wanted it for my son's birthday which was on feb 16th.
It's so annoying that they don't even respond, I understand in the unexpected weather conditions they might have some delay in delivery, but they should at least have the decency to inform the customers about the delay.

I cancelled my orders because I didn’t get them on time and the snow is already gone. I emailed and asked for the refund of what I paid ( around €200) and I got my money back after a few days. We just need to be more patient because they are quite busy lately and eventually they will either send you the refund or you get the items you ordered late. Being angry is normal, however being diplomatic works better. I hope you too will get your money back. Success!

Order from February 11, still waiting for cancellation, sent over 5 emails, no one answers the phone or the email. No product, no cancellation, no reply. Don’t believe them!! It’s a scam. We contacted our credit card company the bank will start investigation.

Using this website and buying some sled is the worst experience I’ve never had before in my life.
It said the sled will be delivered within 5 working days. However 10days later, they said there is some system issue so it could be delivered 3 weeks later. After few days later, they just informed me they don’t find the color what I ordered. I asked a refund and I haven’t get my money back since Jan 24th. I was trying to reach out CS, they’ve never answer my e-mail. Only one time, they replied back to me that return was made as of Jan 20th, which I didn’t even say them that I want to cancel my order. This whole situation is so annoying and I’m really dissapointed their poor customer service. Until now, I’m not so sure I can get my money back or not.

I placed an order, although the price was higher than competitors. The order was supposed to arrive within a few days. repeated attempts to contact the seller were replied with ineffective answers and incorrect information. I finally, after 10 days, managed to contact the shipping company who informed me that Wheelz4kids never booked a pick up for the item and it was never shipped. This was a sled for my son. By the time we realized that there was no intention of Wheelz4kids to ship the item, it was too late. All shops had sold out of sleds.

This was extremely frustrating and we could not enjoy the snow.

Very angry with this dishonest company

Unfortunatly i have to give 1 star. My order from begin of januari is not been delivered yet. We didnt know that the stock was in England, so now we are waiting for my birthday present for a long time now. They keep sending emails, so thats a plus. Ordernummer is 127889

Brillant, delievery within one day. Communication on the point i was always informed. Goods matched description and expectations. Thanks for this!!!

You can’t reach them by phone, e-mails weren’t answered but they left me hanging.

I got a reaction after sending several mails asking for my money back.

The have roller skates in their shop that are not obtainable anywhere else, so I think they are teasering only.

Not to be trusted. After 8 days they cancelled my order and said it was sold out. But on their website the skates are still available for an higher price. Customer service mail/phone are unreachable. Never again!!

After seeing this review support called me and offered me to deliver the skates with the old price. This is too much hassle for me but I appreciate their effort.
