Son spoke to someone, guaranteed a price and then set up a time to pick it up; getting the title notarized was a little hiccup but ended up ok. Tow truck came towards the end of the promised time and had check in hand. No trying to change the price etc once he was there; in and out in 10 minutes. All of this occurred in 8 hours time frame. Check cleared no problem.

Simple process I filled out the paperwork. They text me and asked some questions I sent some pictures. Stated I have the title and keys to the car. They offered me a price which was acceptable to me. The guy came to the house, looked the car over handed me the cash. I signed over the title, gave them the keys the next day, but they came with the flatbed and picked up the car. No haggling no frustration. I would definitely use them again if I had a car I needed to get rid of.

I entered my info, got an offer and accepted. The driver showed up, paid me and I signed over the title. The whole event was fast and fair.

My experience with Wheelzy was great it went very smooth. My agent made sure I understand everything. I couldn't find my title and they help me on there side. This company was very helpful I will use them again and I would recommend them to everything.

The representative was very professional, nice, and helpful, He reviewed the Title with me ensuring zI knew exactly where I was signing. I felt comfotmrtable with him and yes he also assisted me with the license plates. A definite recommendation for 'Wheelzy'.

Consistent communication, on time schedule pick up, no trouble for title transfer, and received payment immediately.

If I could give them a score of less than 1 star I would! They tell you a price over the phone, then like clockwork when the tow guy shows up he starts the spill that this is wrong and that is wrong, or the title is this or that. Then offer half of the agreed upon price. It is a horrible way to treat folks and eventually people will go elsewhere, I know I will as will everyone in ear shot! Terrible Awful Business!

"Get an instant cash offer online" Yeah.... I don't think so. After entering all my info I had to talk to a customer service agent the next day. Get low-ball offer of $80. Told agent I had a much higher offer from a competitor. Said he'd need to do better than $400. He comes back at $230.... almost 200% jump up. Suspicious. Told him that wouldnt work and I had to get off phone and handle some urgent business. Later I sent some photos as requested and after review the offer is now $330.... 400% from original low-ball offer. But this was still not enough o beat the offer I had in hand. Agent starts trying to manipulate me.... asking if other offer was guaranteed (it was and in writing) as "our competitors bait you with high offers and reduce at pickup and I don't want to see that happen to you." Then he starts saying how the car is old and not much demand and they're towing for free and handling title transfer fees etc. Look man, I told you from the beginning what it would take and you keep wasting my time with less than that offers and guilt trips and manipulations.
So I proceed forward with the other company and had pickup scheduled for next week. After several days ofbtexts that I ignored I get a phone call again and I explain the situation. Again. This agent puts me on hold and comes back with yup we can do $400. I verify this is without title (its clean but couldn't locate physical title) and was assured we could do with registration instead. Asked for this in writing... (glad I did.............). Agent texts me confirmation. So I agreed to sale to Wheelzy now as hey had best offer. Did not get a call from tow that day and then several texts from agent next day asking about status of scheduling pickup. Finally got call from tow and scheduled pickup for today. I meet the driver at agreed upon time and asked for title. He said that'll drop the offer and I showed him the texts agent had sent confirming that title not necessary. Ok he says. He then tells me car doesn't have a catalytic converter and that was also gonna drop offer like $100. He even showed me picture of piping hat had been 'modified' as proof. I proceed to open hood and show him where catalytic converter was. Ok, he gives me the agreed to $400 and I pull car out so he can load on truck and away we went.
TLDR: Expect lots of calls/texts throughout process to the point it's annoying. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT accept first few offers; they will come in very low and work their way up till you think you got fair offer. (Makes me wonder if I could have gotten more....) Tow driver will absolutely try to find reasons to reduce offer at pickip so make sure you have offer in writing and someone knowledgeable is present, not say your gullible grandma who is clueless when it comes to cars, or you'll be taken advantage of.

I got cash on the spot he was really nice and I had the keys and I didn’t have a title

Easy to complete questionnaire. The process started immediately with a call to go over the vehicle condition..then I was given an offer which we negotiated. From there the purchase agreement began with my ID and title. One day later the tow truck showed up on schedule, the driver handed me a check, loaded the truck and was gone.
Great, start to finish. I will refer to everyone.

Wheelzy gave me the the best offer of $451 to begin with and when I countered at $700, though they only increased it by $44 buckaroos, it was still a good offer I can live with for a good/decent 17 year old car that gave me 10 good years. Great customer service on phones and via text. The tow pick up via Mega Auto Recycle was smooth and easy, great service and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough- they won’t low ball you like Tampa junk cars, Carbrain or other competitors. We appreciate good and fair business, especially in these days! Soooo go to Wheelzy, free pick up and tow. Be honest about your car’s condition and have that title & ID ready for them, that’s all you need.

The Wheelzy rep made sure to meet the best offer I had, plus they were able to handle the title transfer since I had an Ohio electronic title so I didn't need to go to the Title Bureau to get a copy.

The process to get the offer was easy and fast. Wheelzy was a higher paying car recycling company in our area, too. (Downey, CA). Scheduling the pick up was hassle-free and the window for pick up was only two hours instead of a full 8 hour day. We were able to schedule the pick up within two days of seeking the offer and when we were readily available to meet the towing company. On the day of the pick up, the tow company called to confirm the time of their arrival to which they were spot on. They worked quickly to hitch up the car to the tow, we signed the Bill of Sale, handed over the Title, and received our cash payment as promised.
Wheezly can improve on their communication skills. I was grateful for the first text message after scheduling the pick up and a reminder the following day would have been sufficient. I received nearly 4 text messages reminding me of the appointment the day before and then on the day of the scheduled pick up I received at least another 3 messages asking if the driver had arrived and paid the agreed upon offer. Despite replying to their messages and requesting they stop, they continued during the time frame described above. I have since had to block the number to avoid receiving further communication.

They made the whole process very easy and provided a lot of guidance on how to fill out the title and what to expect.

Wheelzy rep called me and we exchanged the information to make the arrangement. Then they stayed in touch so i felt confident they were telling me the truth. On the transfer day, the towing company called and then showed up in the time they said. They gave me the check, and took the title and the car. Everything went as they described. Thanks for your great service, Wheelzy!

The representatives were very respectful and easy to work with in completing the process. We called mid-morning, and by mid-afternoon a driver arrived to pick up our car as we exchanged our notarized title for a check in the amount of the agreed purchase price.

The communication with their service department was amazing. They quickly quoted me and handled any issues I had right there in the same phone call. Normally I would have to call back a million times but they never left me on hold longer than 2 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised how they handle the need of an original title and towing at my connivence. The tow driver called an hour before and was there precisely an hour later. He was clean and professional which was contrary to any other experience I had with towing and even went as far to engage the dead cars emergency neutral lock and gave me ample time to empty the car of any items I may have left. I am not one to normally leave reviews, but felt compelled to spread the word on such an efficient service for a complicated situation like mine. It alleviated more pressure than they even realize. They gave me a check and made sure multiple times after the pick up to confirm I received it. An easy mobile deposit had it processing in less than 3 business days.

I used Wheelzy because of the fair offer combined with the quick pick up time guaranteed . The driver did arrive quick which I was glad because I needed the old car gone that day, but that was the end of it. He reduced my guaranteed offer way less than half claiming my catalytic converter was bad after he took a 2 second peek under the car. I told him I know exactly what is wrong with my car and the converter is not one of the things. I refused his initial offer. He then started acting as if he was talking with someone on his headset. I had to go back and forth with him just for a small increase in the offer. I needed the car gone that day which was the only reason I let it go then. My car was drivable and I just didn't want to put anymore money in it due to its age I regrett that I didnt explore other options. My neighbor had a car taken by a company similiar to Wheelzy and received a good payment. His car was in way worse shape than mine and he did'nt have the title. I did receive a follow up text asking if I received my guaranteed offer and I responded "NO scammed" with my experience and the tactics the driver tried to use. A rep then called me and asked how much did I get and I told her she than stated the situation will be investigated. I was like yeah ok. This experience was not what I expected. I will follow up if anything comes of it.

The driver did not follow the instructions given to him and people in the office made things very difficult for me. He didn’t call ahead as instructed. He took the car without the title and he didn’t gave me the check. Believe me. I am not using your service again

The price for our vehicle was fair, and the tower was careful not to damage our property as they moved it out of a tight spot. The transaction was smooth; we gave him the keys and title, and he gave us the check for the agreed amount which we were able to cash easily. The service was courteous, professional and pleasant. Easy peasy. We'll call Wheelzy for our next car when it eventually bites the dust.
