The whole process took very little time. After the basic questions,A offer was given. The offer I shopped around and was to me a good offer. Some offers were almost offending wheelzy wasent one of them,Contact and comunnication was open and light hearted. The driver helped pull my plates off because I'm partially blind in one eye.He asked for paperwork title ect.Check was right there, towing free, Loaded and on his way.
They picked the car up in a timely manner. Took all of 5 minutes. Gentlemen was kind and respectful, made out the check, I signed the title and we were done. Honest and reliable.
Great experience selling my car to Wheelzy!
I had a very positive experience selling my 2016 Honda HR-V after its transmission failed. Wheelzy offered a fair and competitive price compared to other quotes I received, and the entire process was surprisingly smooth and efficient.
The customer service team was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout, especially with the title verification and pickup arrangements. My car was picked up directly from the repair shop at no extra cost, and I received the agreed payment on the spot, with no last-minute surprises.
Overall, a straightforward, hassle-free experience that exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend Wheelzy to anyone looking to sell a damaged or non-running vehicle!

Didnt have there act together. Tried to get the pickup scheduled for 3 days by responding through text and phone calls. I finally got it scheduled for 5-530 in the evening and they text me at 330 and wondered if the pickup went smooth. Just didn’t have it together. They ended up showing up at 630 for the pickup so I was glad I didn’t have plans. When the guy actually showed up he didn’t know where to sign the title. Just disorganized but did follow through in the end.

This company was so easy to deal with and they paid cash! Very efficient and respectful. They communicated the steps well. They came out to do the paperwork and pay me, then they picked the car up the following day. Sooooo convenient! I highly recommend them! I had called another place but they needed a title. The car was 29 yrs old so I no longer had the title. I called Wheelzy and it wasnt required, I just needed my up to date registration.bthry paid me $50 more than the other place offered and I didn't have to go pay for a title! This was a win win situation!!!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!

Wheelzy said they'll buy my 1998 GMC Safari passenger van for $482. It's been parked since 2015. I bought it in 2009. It was originally a Disney World fleet van. Their guy came late and immediately asked if I had a title. I asked if he had the money (which he ignored). He looked the van over and then proclaimed he'll give me $300. Why $300, when they said $482? Because it either has no catalytic converter or a cheap one. BULLSHIT! It has the original engine, tranny, exhaust system, everything! Then he offers $350. What is this bullshit?! I tell him I've heard enough and lock the gate behind him. I go into the house to answer the phone. Someone (maybe the driver) is now willing to pay $482. Wheelzy's 8 million five-star reviews have got to be fake. They're con artists. How did my junky van go from being worth $300 to $350 and back to $482 within a few minutes?!

I was very pleased with Wheelzy. We settled on a price and they told me how they would handle the process. It happened over the weekend so their tow truck driver was here on Monday when he said he would be. Everything was so easy.- I signed over the title he gave me a check and that was it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Five stars in my book.

RAV4 died 60 miles from home. Shopped several broker/dealers for pricing. Wheelzy made offer; later renegotiated to beat competitor offer.
When tow arrived on schedule, check made out for original offer price, NOT new offer. Called Wheelzy:
Lvl 1 CSR: suggests rescheduling pickup for later date; no — I drove 1 hr away; tow drove 1.5 hrs; next option?
Lvl 2 CSR: offers check by mail or e-check for the difference; deal! E-check.
Processing the e-check took >2hrs, standing there waiting w/ tow guy; they asked for pics of my title, pics of the check; pics of the offer…
I cannot be the first person this ever happened to. I wish the process went much smoother once the payment amount became an issue, especially for a price already documented to me through emails. But, two hours wait is much better than having to have rescheduled.
Ultimately, I received an email stating the balance of payment was being processed; the tow and I exchanged the title and check; and Wheelzy sent me the balance in an e-check.
(Lesson to anyone using Wheelzy: when Wheelzy reaches out to confirm appt pick-up, be sure to confirm the amount.)
Had Wheelzy communicated the correct offer price to the dispatch, it’s safe to presume my experience would’ve been FIVE stars! Because…
Other online dealers made no effort to reach out; Wheelzy immediately contacted me by phone to go over details of the vehicle, make an offer, and get a pick-up date set. A person-to-person phone call gave me reassurances — their service staff were always friendly (even as I become more impatient) and they were willing to resolve the problem in a way that benefited both myself and the tow. (A competitor not only did not reach out, but their tow partner never called me back after several attempts to confirm date; this more than anything is why I chose to go with Wheelzy, even though their offer was under the competitor until they offered to match.)
Wheelzy is a passionate competitor willing to go the extra mile for customer service. I’ll take that any day over today’s icy business culture.

They were very professional and fair. They arrived and took the jeep. Title was signed and we were given cash. Fast, easy transaction from the beginning!

Honestly, I had my doubts about selling through a third-party vendor. The whole concept seemed a little weird. Regardless, I needed to sell a junker to get it out of the mechanic's lot. I got a few online estimates and Wheelzy was the highest. A service rep helped me via text and call and my car was picked up the next day. I gave the driver the keys and title and he gave me a check we agreed upon the previous day. I was very happy with how it all played out.

Very prompt and professional. Mojo (Spelling?) was very courteous and politely handled the transaction of Title transfer and payment. Great guy.

Wheelzy was very prompt in responding, offered a fair price, even without having a title in hand they still managed to give me what they offered I'm very appreciative for them they ALL made this a smooth and easy process from the texter, to the tow driver and the lady on the phone, thank you guys I will definitely recommend you

The Wheelzy representatives worked with me to offer a fair price and made the entire process very smooth, even helping expedite the title transfer process.

Wheelzy was there for me when I needed them most, I had a car with a blown head gasket and it finally died on me and wouldn't restart. Wheelzy came out that day to pick up the vehicle and paid me on the spot. My agent that I dealt with over the phone was great, my initial offer was a little low, I had called one place prior to calling Wheelzy that place offered me more than Wheelzy at first, but it was going to be a few days before they could come pick up the car, I told my Wheelzy agent that I received a better offer and he not only matched but beat the price the other place offered me and still provided same day service. I would absolutely recommend Wheelzy to anyone with a vehicle they no longer want, Wheelzy handles everything simply sign the title meet the tow truck (if needed) and receive a very fair offer on your vehicle.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly it went! I reached out to them on a Tuesday and they immediately contacted me about setting things up, which was perfect as I was on a time crunch. They were very communicative and it was very straight forward. They asked me where and when, and they were ready to take it the very next day (I opted for Friday). All I needed to do was provide them with the registration and title, and the tow driver handed over the offer, and that was that! Sure, the amount offered wasn't all that much, but I didn't expect to get much of anything for it, but they actually had the best offer in my area! All in all, I appreciate the speed and communication the most. Would use again if needed.

They tried to lowball me until I explained to them that I had a much better offer, which they did end up beating by $5.
There was also a lack of communication on the pickup end, the person did show up in a timely manner, but he had no idea that he was supposed to write me a check for my car. He was just going to take it. I explained that I was supposed to get paid, and it was only a matter of him calling to confirm that before writing me a check for the agreed upon amount.
However, there was nothing else shady or anything like there was no trying to renegotiate at the moment of car pickup or anything. They basically just said here's the check, give me the keys, sign over the title etc. it took 20 hours from the moment I agreed to the sale for the car to be pulled out of my driveway.

I told the first person I spoke with that I did not have the title or registration forms for a car that was in a garage for 23 years owned by an autistic person who did not want to give it up but never drove or licensed it after a move from California to Washington. I was repeatedly told that I said I had the title which was not true. I said that I would contact them because the garage also had not been opened in 23 years and was stuck but I got messages twice a day asking me if the tower had a date to tow the car. Very pesky and annoying and obviously AI so did not really understand what I wrote. We got $69 for the car and the towing was covered but, although 1990 car, it was in very good condition (could not be driven) and had a catalytic converter. Once the tower came it went just fine.

WARNING! THEY TOOK MY CAR AND I STILL HAVEN’T BEEN PAID!
I sold my vehicle to this company over a week ago, and I still haven’t received a single dollar!
When the driver came to pick up my car, he was supposed to bring my check, as their representative had clearly promised over the phone. Instead, he showed up WITHOUT PAYMENT and told me to keep the title while he took my vehicle. He said that I can go to the office to get my check and give them the tittle. But I can’tdrive an hour each way to their office to collect my money!
I’m a single mother of three children. Why should I spend two hours driving because THEM failed to bring the payment as promised?
I spoke with their manager TWICE, and both times she assured me my check would be sent via FedEx overnight. More than a week has passed, and STILL NOTHING!
They have my vehicle, I have NO PAYMENT, and I still have the title. They could potentially sell the vehicle for parts without even needing the title. At this point, I feel like my car was stolen right in front of me!
This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely concerning. I have been patient, but enough is enough.
I am now preparing to take legal action and file a lawsuit against this company.
BEWARE! Do not hand over your vehicle to this company without receiving your payment FIRST!
