WARNING! THEY TOOK MY CAR AND I STILL HAVEN’T BEEN PAID!

I sold my vehicle to this company over a week ago, and I still haven’t received a single dollar!

When the driver came to pick up my car, he was supposed to bring my check, as their representative had clearly promised over the phone. Instead, he showed up WITHOUT PAYMENT and told me to keep the title while he took my vehicle. He said that I can go to the office to get my check and give them the tittle. But I can’tdrive an hour each way to their office to collect my money!

I’m a single mother of three children. Why should I spend two hours driving because THEM failed to bring the payment as promised?

I spoke with their manager TWICE, and both times she assured me my check would be sent via FedEx overnight. More than a week has passed, and STILL NOTHING!

They have my vehicle, I have NO PAYMENT, and I still have the title. They could potentially sell the vehicle for parts without even needing the title. At this point, I feel like my car was stolen right in front of me!

This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely concerning. I have been patient, but enough is enough.

I am now preparing to take legal action and file a lawsuit against this company.

BEWARE! Do not hand over your vehicle to this company without receiving your payment FIRST!

I will recommend to anyone that needs to get rid of any kind of vehicle. I had two vehicles I needed to get rid of. One I had a title too, the other I did not have a title. I Called Wheelzy. They gave me gave me an amount. For each vehicle. I excepted there offer on each vehicle. They set up a time for pickup. The tow truck driver was prompt and he called me to say he was on his way. The transfer of both vehicles was easy peasy. I got the exact amount I agreed too. I highly recommend!!!!!

Everything was good but didnt get the exact amount that I was told on the phone after I told them that I didn't have the title someone tells the tow driver less then what I was told plus it cause me time do to tow truck issues I should of have gotten the full amount after waiting

This was a super easy and fast experience. They towed my car for free, handled the title transfer, and the check cleared in my account the same day. I have been so stressed about how to handle everything and they did 90% of the work.

This was an easy call to make, and the company walks you through everything. I probably spent less than 5 minutes on the phone, and 2 days later, they scheduled a wrecker to show up and pick up my wrecked car. The driver was very nice and had me sign the title off, and then paid me the agreed upon amount in cash.
Super simple.

I was connected through the website Wheelzy and from the very start, the agents kept in touch and followed up until the car was actually picked up. The quote and payout was fair based on the condition of the car. The driver was professional with cash in hand as promised. Title was signed over and away they went. I highly recommend.

My process was quick and easy. The customer service representative explained the process to me and negotiated a fair price for my vehicle. The following day a tow truck driver arrived to pick up my car and provide the check. I deposited the check to my account with no issues. I was provided instructions on how to properly sign my title and cancel my registration.

The process was smooth and painless. I entered my info online, I was sent a quote, after I accepted the quote I was asked a few follow-up questions and then pickup was scheduled. The price paid was more than I expected when I decided to sell/junk my car. Day of pickup, the driver arrived took the keys and title and handed over the cash as offered, no problems. Same day pick up paid cash the quoted amount with no title

They matched an offer given to me by a local junkyard, and because they paid for towing away the vehicle and transfer of title documents, I agreed to do business. The 12+ phone calls and about 20 texts within 48 hours was too much. I spoke to multiple reps and told them the plan and they were almost to the point of harassment. Glad it's over.

This process was seamless from start to finish. Honestly describe your vehicle over the phone set up title passing, and agree on a fair price. They came to my residence with check in hand, loaded up and left.. 20 minutes Total... Simple

I spent less than 10 mins on the phone and received an acceptable offer. They handle pick up and title fees. Maybe a 1hr later I had a check in hand. The tow drive was friendly and professional. Overall great service!

Wheelzy provided prompt service and was able to give a quote over the phone. The quoted amount was provided by the tow truck driver in cash upon scheduled pickup of the non-running car (good engine, broken transmission) where we provided the car title and showed the owner Driver's License. I would recommend Wheelzy to anyone needing money for a car that is not worth repairing -- there was not charge for towing it.

Good company but didn't received what I was promised when I told them I cant find my title but customer service was great I give them a 5 star for the communications they stay in contact with me.but I will definitely use this c company again

I initiated a sale and did not have the title ready, for which I told them. I asked them to give me a day to figure it out but the associate kept pushing for a pick up date. I had some choice words with that gentleman and declined any further business in the future. Did that, after they went above their initial offer on my car. After sorting out the title issue I called other companies to price the car with. They were all 300 less than Wheelzy had offered me. With my tail between my legs I called Wheelzy again. They must've had notes from the previous encounter but did not bring up details, but I could tell they didnt want to repeat what was said. Not only was the associate incredibly nice to me, she honored the original quote and facilitated pick up the next day. After a few questions about the condition she told me there would be no final inspection on pick up and didnt even ask for pictures. Honored the deal, picked it up and the check cleared the same day. Could not have asked for better service from a company and the associate helping me should be commended on her performance. Very easy process to sell my wonderful, incredibly reliable, 23 year old Toyota Corolla work car. I had a small accident that resulted in my front end being damaged and tearing off my front bumper.
Too much money to repair.
I researched several buyers for damaged cars. Wheelzy offered a higher offer and cash. One company came in slightly higher, but, they offered payment by check. I’ll take the cash, thank you!
Wheelzy picked up my car on the same day, no towing fee, no title transfer fee.

It was alot easier then it was a few years ago to sell a car to a place that buys junk cars. This was super easy and fast and they paid me almost double then wat I was expecting. I had a 21year old car and got a few hundred for it. They kept reaching out to me to make sure theyd answer all my questions or see if there was anything they could help me with. Super friendly. I highly recommend wheelzy. My dad's bout to get rid of his old truck and gonna contact them for that as well! Literally super easy, called them to give details, set up a date and time for pickup, When then came to pickup the car this morning- the longest part is hooking it up to take it away, signed the title, gave me the cash and that was that.

Responsive service, no haggling over price, title and tow was included. Multiple replies to check if I'd gotten my tow scheduled which was extremely helpful on my end.

A little pushy with follow ups in regards to connecting with the office of the shop.
