They made it very easy online filled out the paperwork. The contacted me right away. Gave me an estimate right away. They contacted me and let me know that it would be the afternoon and that's exactly what it was. He came when he said he was coming and he paid cash and I turned over the title.

Super easy from start to finish. They were the only company that would work with me with an e-title. They also offered me the best price for my vehicle.

The staff members on the phone were very helpful in answering questions and correcting a mistake I had on the car title. The whole process was done in a day. Since the van was old we were not expecting much for it but they still treated us with great courtesy.

When I first call the company, They did their best to obtain my car, don't worry about anything, we take care of all DMV fees, you receive the exact amount we talk about, then after sold the car , I had to pay $103.15 for the bill of sale and when I asked them to compensate me the amount , They converted to a VASE , no answers no contact at all.

Wheelzy had an easy estimate process online to dispose of our salvage but running vehicle. The value placed on the car was fair I believe. Once the agreement was made I was contacted and an appointment with a 4 hour window was established for several days later. Reportedly, I would receive a call from the tow driver when he was on his way to me. The 4 hour window came and went. No call, no we are running late, no respect for my time at all! Finally, 6 hours from the first possible pick up time a dispatcher called to ask should he send a truck to pick up my car. Should? Should have done that hours ago. When I said yes he said it would be ANOTHER hour before the driver arrived. No I'm sorry we are late and that you had to take off a whole day from work and not a half day like would have been necessary if they had kept to schedule. The driver was polite and since the car was drivable it was an easy load for him. After taking pictures and handing over the title I was paid in cash. I can't say that I would NEVER use Weelzy again however the experience, and lack of communication and basic respect for my time would make me look elsewhere first. Your mileage may vary.

Top Notch Service. Rep took care of replacement title free of charge and arranged the pick up from a friendly tow truck driver who showed up on time. I was pretty depressed about my car dying but Wheelzy offered a fair price and great service that made it less painful.

I made a call to Wheelzy to sell and remove my wrecked 2014 Toyota Corolla from a church parking lot on Friday morning (9/11/26). I received a call back within minutes. The representative was very professional and compassionate. She asked questions to get details of the condition of the vehicle, its’ current location. After 15-20 minutes I received an acceptable quote to purchase. The representative then walked me through the sales and towaway process in a step-by-step manner. Within 6 hours the tow truck arrived with the check, I gave the driver the notarized auto title with my signature to sell, the tow driver presented me with a check and towed the vehicle away. It was a very smooth and easy way to sell and have my wrecked vehicle removed. I was very pleased.

It was a quick few questions that were answered and before I knew it I was offered a surprisingly higher offer than I expected. Decent experience with Minor Frustation. The company was very polite, and patient throughout the entire experience of selling our car over. The only issues came with them repetitively asking for clearer images of our title that would have been impossible without the scanner on our printer, and the other issue of our tow truck driver wanting to run off with our car without supplying payment because he happened to rip our cashiers check in half accidentally. I would recommend the company, but I will make sure people know how the process can be.

Your agent walked me through the process and even when I called to say I had signed my title in the wrong place, she didn't panic.

This is my 2nd time using Wheelz & I cant tell you how easy they made this for me! Fastest $ I've ever made selling a car that broke down. They are quick, great communication & I received cash in hand same day! They even tow it away for free! I'm a customer for life! So glad this company exist! Noone wants to take a total loss when their car messes up & I'm so grateful I was able to get almost $500 for a 2010 Licoln MKX SUV that was almost at 200k miles & had a blown engine. It definitely was a major relief to know that they handle everything! I just gave them the car & title & now I even have a little extra $ to go towards a new vehicle. I cant thank you all enough!

The company was helpful in the beginning of the process but when the tow truck driver showed up he did not have the check to pay me with. It took him over 45 minutes on the phone and me 20 minutes to get the check sent over to the repair shop. Then after it was sent, the tow truck driver threw a fit when I wanted to take a minute to deposit the check before handing over the title and he threw an even bigger fit when I wanted to sign off on the title. He threw quite the scene and was told to leave the inside of the repair facility. It was a huge hassle which could have been avoided if he had just brought the check with.

I wasn't fairly compensated for furnishing the title

I had to get the van moved to junk with a lost title. I was told "no title" It would cost me 450. Wheelzy did all the work and paid me 100 to tow it away.

Great experience in selling my car, from start to finish. Very helpful with title processing and explaining process.

The whole process was smooth as can be from the gentleman picking up the title to the tow truck pickup. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely use this service again
