Great to work with. Able to pick up the vehicle and coordinate title and payment without us being there.

Hello Wheelzy, and allow me to begin by saying that I do not leave reviews lightly. I treat the five-star system the way a gentleman treats a handshake: if I am going to extend it, I intend to mean it.
I recently sold my 2013 Chevrolet Sonic through your service, and I must report that the entire affair was conducted with a level of courtesy I did not know still existed in the American automotive afterlife. This was not a car in its prime. This was a car that had completed its earthly work and was ready, if I may be poetic for a moment, to become someone else’s problem. You did not flinch. You did not lecture. You simply said, in so many words, “Yes. We will take that.” And then you did.
The person who called me back was patient in a way that suggested they have spoken to many people who are standing in a driveway staring at a vehicle they no longer understand. That is a rare skill. The offer was fair for what the Sonic had become. I did not get yacht money. I did not expect yacht money. What I got was an honest number, a scheduled pickup, and the distinct sensation that nobody was trying to invent a new fee while I was looking at my phone.
Then the tow arrived. The driver was, and I say this with my full chest, really nice. Not “corporate-script nice.” Not “I have a survey coming so I will smile” nice. Regular-human nice. He treated the transaction like two adults exchanging a car and a check instead of a hostage situation involving a title. He did not comment on the interior. He did not make me feel like I had failed the Sonic. He hooked it up, completed the paperwork, paid what was promised, and left my driveway looking like a driveway again.
That last part matters more than people admit. A dead car sitting outside is a small daily humiliation. You removed it. You paid me. You were kind about it. In the year of our Lord 2026, that combination ought to be studied.
Five stars. I would sell this car to you again if physics allowed it. It does not. The Sonic is gone. I am at peace. May your winches stay greased and your dispatchers stay this pleasant.
Respectfully,
A man who no longer owns a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic

No title no key receive a deceit amount for a 2005 Buick Lacrosse. I was told one amount but when they arrived because of one part which is the converter was not original the price drop over 100 bucks. I wasn't aware of the original part wasn't there but still there it would change the amount 🤦🏽

I got quotes from three places for my vehicle that doesn’t start. I spoke to two of them, one being Wheelzy. Wheelzy came in just slightly below the other offer. Not much but just below. I was talking with the higher offer but they made the entire process feel almost like a scam. Wanted me to send them a signed copy of my title. I wasn’t comfortable with that to I came back to Wheelzy. Not only did they not require my title upfront but they got the car picked up and payment made within just a couple days. Everyone was super easy to work with and very friendly, even the tow truck driver. I’m just waiting for the bill of sale. I definitely recommend them! Five stars!!

The process was not complicated and couldn’t have worked with better folks who helped through out the sale.Everyone was very courteous and I didn’t feel as if I was being left in the dark about anything Driver had the check amount agreed on gave him the title showed my ID shook his hand and we were done! Highly recommend !!

Great communication. They went over all of the details and gave a quote. They helped me sort things out when I couldn't locate the title.

I asked Gemini AI if there were companies that would buy a vehicle with a bad engine but otherwise a good car. One of the first companies that came up was Wheelzy, I filled out the quick questionnaire, and literally a minute passed, and took the phone call, described the overall condition of my car, and within minutes I accepted an offer that was higher than my expectation. I opted for a 12-4 pickup window for the tow driver to show up, and asked them to shorten the window to 3-4 which they accommodated so I didn't lose work. Tow truck driver showed up, He took the signed title, and he handed me the check and the deal was done. The entire deal was done in roughly 27 hours! I'm happy I don't have a car sitting in my driveway while trying to figure out what to do with it for the next month!

They gave me what I ask for and didn't try to low ball me when they came to pick up the vehicle. They also handled the title transfer.

Wheelzy was just great. They provided a fair price for my vehicle and then provide customer service that is above and beyond. They provide assistance with signing of the Title, giving a window for pick-up, with a call an hour before. They also sent reminders to collect all personal belongings and remove EZ Pass, and remove plates.....They even said if you forgot to remove the plates, they would submit them and provide a receipt. I thought I had a new parent!
They were just great ... would definitely recommend using them.

Happy that you got me a tow truck number to get my 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser towed out of our garage. We got paid the $328. Husband signed back of the title. Thank you for your help. We appreciate it. Nicole Rispoli

Everyone at Wheelzy was professional, knowledgeable, honest and adaptable. They beat all other offers, some by a substantial amount. We had a unique situation, where the vehicle was out of state and the registered owner was unable to be present for the exchange. They knew exactly how to handle the situation and guided us through the process. Once we scheduled the initial pick-up, we needed to change the pick-up date, pick-up location and person who would be there to meet the tow truck driver a few times. Every time, they were understanding and were able to accommodate our needs. They verified the title and owner prior to pick-up and guaranteed the amount offer would be paid and there would be no inspection at pick-up that would change the offered amount. Tow truck driver called when on way and vehicle was picked up on time. Tow truck driver was nice and had the check as promised. Check was deposited and cleared within a couple of days. Someone texted later in the day to confirm vehicle was picked up as planned and they emailed a bill of sale shortly after. I highly recommend them should you find yourself needing to sell a junk car. It was as seamless an experience as possible given the unexpected need to sell a vehicle out of state.

Very simple and fast, made the process seamlessly easy. Handed over the title, keys, and I got the check

I was made an offer over the phone. The next day the tow truck came and the driver handed me a check and I handed him the title and key. He had it loaded and gone within 10 mins.

I was a little surprised that the negotiation responses, e.g., "we'll see if we can get a better offer for you for the car," came back--repeatedly--with $1 to $2 increases. Starting from a lowball first offer, the negotiation quickly becomes a waiting game.
So, why 5 stars anyway?
Because when we came to an agreement on price, the process was quick, and painless. Super easy to work with, paid as expected. In the end, I got a car payment amount of money and didn't have to deal with arranging (or paying for) a tow. Title went with, done and done.

I got an online quote that was better than several competitors. 3 hours later my truck was picked up and I was given cash when I handed the driver the title. I could not imagine an easier process. I highly recommend Wheelzy.

Simple and easy..great communication except for the title aspect and how to handle.
