Simple and easy..great communication except for the title aspect and how to handle.

This was a great experience for me. The folks I spoke with helped me navigate this sale and made it easy for me. Incidentally I wasn't able to find my missing title and they have a program to help me deal with that as well. The price I got for my car was fair and they came and got it on time with an appointment that fit my schedule. Was given a fair price for my old car. The pick up driver was great. They came, saw the car, gave me my money and I signed the title. Hooked up the car and left. Weekly was great at communicating with me. I will definitely remember and refer them in the future.

You made easy for me to understand how to sell my car to you. With paperwork and the title.

Very easy process. Couldn’t find the title they did it for free and towing was free. Made appointment and car was picked up with no problems.

If I could give 0 I would. This website is extremely sketchy. Asked for way to much personal information n everytime I send it it was something else of why they couldn’t pick my car up. They offered a very low amount for my vehicle and then told me I had a stop on my title, I personally called the mva n was told otherwise, the lady argued with me then sent me a text message of what the “mva” told her. Complete bs. I do not recommend this company if your looking for a good and legitimate company I would recommend peddle.com they took really good care of me and did not need any personal information from me. Just felt like back and forth games for my information. I asked if they could delete all my info such as the text and photos I sent through text they pretty much told me no it gets saved in there system…. Mind you these are text messages… very sketchy 0/10.

Great customer service from first call to pickup. I had misplaced title and they still purchased vehicle with me showing them other paperwork. Driver was great and kept me informed of pickup time. Would recommend them to anyone needing to sell a broken or unused vehicle.

Did I go through with this whole process? yes… my vehicle was a nightmare! Would I rate them well no… between an AI automation that sends me non stop texts, talks in circles, and doesn’t actually help. Then to receiving calls from someone with such thick Asian accent I can only imagine they are an outsourced staff working from home in the Philippines and asking me to basically leave my line open to calls and to be waiting from 9am-1pm for someone to come by to confirm the appraisal and exchange the vehicle title for the money, just to then have the young man who comes to appraise it being a dollar short and I just have to accept being short changed. Sure it’s only a dollar but I didn’t make up the quote, they did, and they couldn’t even honor the quote they gave a whole day before hand. Then after all that back to an AI automated system constantly messaging for a review after they acknowledged and claimed they escalated the issue about being shorted, including giving some BS about informing their manager, but honestly who knows who even sees it much less acknowledges it since no humans followed up on that and no sane person should be taking the word of a non human automation response as a means of accomplishing anything. Oh and now it’s the third day and I am still getting emails and texts asking for this damn review and even though they got the title and I got my cash (still a dollar short) my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot of my apartment building and has not been collected… so ya… there’s my review. 1 star… don’t bother supporting a company that uses AI, overseas phone operators, doesn’t fulfill the financial commitment of their own quotes. It’s not worth the circus act of poor communication and short cuts that make everything take longer than needed. Oh and I also have receipts of the quote, and of what was written out and actually given to me along with the insane amount of AI review requests I received that are beyond annoying.

Sold my Audi with them and the initial sale price was just over 2000. There policy requires a signed title messaged to them prior to receiving the check. I was not comfortable with this arrangement so settled on a sale price of 1999.00. After that the transaction was flawless. If I’m faced with a similar scenario where the value of the car is more than 2k I would feel comfortable moving forward with sending the signed title.

Communication with wheelzy was good. They contracted out the tow to a local company and their tow truck did not arrive within the window, but once we met with the tower, everything was quick. We got cash for the car and a receipt when we handed over the title. Wheelzy gave us the best price for our car over a few other companies I got quotes from. It was a stressful experience (mainly because the car died unexpectedly and we had to get this done fast) but wheelzy came through and got rid of the car for us.

The company's staff were polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

However, the vendors they use for towing and check disbursement are the Achilles Heel of the experience. Because I don't know the vendor companies they contract nor did I choose the vendors, I cannot provide the feedback to them directly, so it has to go here.

The vendor dispatched to the vehicle didn't:
1. Call me ahead as I was repeatedly advised by company reps.
2. Arrive in the agreed upon time window.
3. Work with me on the logistics to exchange title and payment.

The people I spoke to on the phone very helpful and very nice. The tow truck driver asked me to show him the title and he showed me the check. He told me where to sign my name and where to print my name on the title. He then handed me the check. This was a very smooth transaction.

Just sold my car to these guys. Simple transaction. I was able to get it hauled off and paid almost double what I’d been able to get from the junk yard myself. They sent the money via Venmo in the front yard and signed the title and it’s gone! Highly recommend!

Very fast pickup and easy scheduling. Initially a lot of phone calls to sort out vehicle/title details but after that very efficient service! Would 10/10 recommend.

Very easy and straightforward transaction. I had my clear title in hand, an honest assessment of the condition of my car, a few competitor quotes, and they did the rest. I had never sold a vehicle online before but they made it super easy and gave me a competitive price. 10/10 recommend

Completed questionnaire online quick and easily . Got many calls & texts right after accepting offer for $611 with my missing title . Pick up was scheduled next day . During calls they verify that you have keys title and it runs , no title so let the lady calling know as well . Next day tow truck driver shows up brings offer down to $300 while on the phone with someone then they said $400 for no title after so much trying to negotiate I felt pressure as they said it won’t be worth it me going to get a tittle next week etc . So ended up taking it (should have turnt it down and taken to local junk yard after getting title ) . When they would text and call to verify car had been picked up they offered a receipt till this day I have no receipt. When I called back and texted to get a receipt they stated i was payed $400 for missing title and catalytic converter. This vehicle was not missing a catalytic converter or any parts at all ! I got a mechanic at home and it in fact was not missing it nor was it making a noice . They also seemed to be based in Florida and associated with cluckerjunker as some of the wheelzy messages came from the same number . Customer service was nice and quick when offer was accepted but no call back after I called with my concern on this matter . Still no receipt no call back . I honestly wouldn’t recommend this service just go with your local junk yard and haul yourself if you can . Don’t be lazy like me and take a short cut . I will update if I ever get a response from them again .

It was quick but it felt too good to be true because after giving all the info on website, got multiple text messages and phone calls where I had to repeat myself. I almost backed out but the tow truck showed, the title was transferred legitimately, my promised cash was paid in 20min. At that point it felt great to get the car taken care of.

Wheelzy is truly a lifesaver. I got into a car accident and wanted to let go of my car but had no place to store it and no time on my hands. I found Wheelzy online and had a phone call conversation about my situation. They offered me a good amount for my vehicle and offered their free towing to come pick it up from the body shop it was at the NEXT day. They were even going to pay my balance at the body shop if i had any charges. The tow truck drivers handed me the check and i handed them my title and keys. Truly the best way to end my journey with my car. Thank you so much!!!

It was as easy as a call and scheduling a time to pick up your car. They tow it away for free too. They even have an easy process for people without their title! Would highly recommend if you’re looking to get rid of your junky car!
