Wheelzy is the easiest and quickest way to get rid of an unwanted vehicle. The process is very straightforward, they pay in cash they amount that they agreed to pay. They don't subtract fees for title transfer or towing like some other companies do. I have dealt with Wheelzy multiple times, and I will continue to use their service whenever I have an unwanted vehicle to sell.

I like that you came to me. I didn't have to do anything other than give up the title and key. The process was simple.

Being a person that requires feeling secure above all else is very important to me! All of my concerns regarding this transaction process were answered immediately. Process was fairly quick and easy. Wheelzy was able to handle processing the title transfer through them which alleviated the stress of myself having to go to my BMV to request a new title (Ohio doesn't send paper titles any more, you have to request one in person). Tow driver was a little bit delayed on a Saturday but communicated his delay and once he arrived, the process was quick. Wheelzy paid with a check the same day as pickup. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend Wheelzy for anyone needing to scrap or get rid of an old vehicle for some quick money. Thank you.

The communication was very consistent and frequent to ensure progress in the selling process. The driver was late for pickup, but nonetheless it was a fast process signing over the title, getting paid, and having the car towed out the next day.

Tow truck came to my house without calling first. Did not attempt to ring doorbell or knock.Took my vehicle with my belongings still inside including my license plate. Did not get keys or title at that time. Also I di not receive a check at the promised time.

Was the easiest transaction I've ever done. Went to the website and filled out all the information required, got a call a few minutes later with a few more questions and had an offer within 5 minutes. Scheduled the pickup window and when the driver showed up I simply handed him the title and he handed me the check. I was waiting for more to be done but he just smiled at me and said "that's it!".

Unbelievable simple. Customer Service guided me through the whole thing via text. I was thinking this was too good to be true but the whole process was that easy and went exactly like they said it would.

The selling process was overall very easy. I was disappointed that they did not honor the up front price. They removed $50 for us being out of state when the car died. The car was worth less than the tow bill to get it home, but I feel like transparency would have been appreciated with that situation. They also took off $50 because I kept the new battery that I had just put in a couple months ago. I can understand that, but not the title issue.

They were able to tow my car, pay for a title replacement, and give me a check for my junker van! Super nice and will compete with other pricing! Thank you!!

Excellent, courteous and fast! Answered a few questions and scheduled pick up. The driver picking up the vehicle had check in hand. They helped me get the title and even sent a reminder in case I forgot to remove the lic plate so they could help. The best way to take care of this and not have to worry about a thing!

Wheelzy has sent me four automated emails begging for a review, so here is the truth. They gave me a 'guaranteed' online quote (and then told me via text that parts for the Chevy weren’t in demand — even though they are very sought after regardless of age in most junkyards in Texas — when you have the time, space, and inclination to part it out). While on-the-spot cash is part of their standard business model, the tow driver forced an 'authorized' price drop on site, cutting my locked-in quote by over 25% just for a dead battery and some dirt (it sat in a mechanic’s lot). It was a complete vehicle: catalytic converter, since they asked specifically online about that part, motor & transmission intact, but it made a loud noise that we just weren’t going to be able to have fixed anytime soon so we parked it for quite some time before deciding to get rid of it. Worse yet with this experience, he gave me absolutely zero physical or digital receipt, failed to provide a Texas Title Transfer Application (Form 130-U) for a signature, and left the buyer section on my Texas brown title completely blank. Leaving the buyer section blank allows an independent carrier to jump vehicle titles under Wheelzy's brand. I have already filed a Texas VTR-346 Transfer Notification listing Wheelzy LLC as the buyer to protect myself from state liability. Wheelzy corporate needs to audit the third party they used and somehow remedy the shortage between what was paid and their 'guaranteed price'.

After dealing with an unexpected problem with our car, which rendered it inoperable and too expensive to fix, I checked several sites and filled out inquiry pages and received estimates. After a few minutes this company called me and asked me some follow up questions and the service rep was really friendly and understanding. I explained everyrhing and they didn't change the estimate. I was able to have my pickup schedules the following day and received messages with details. They were very communicative and understanding. The tow driver was very punctual and called me in the morning giving me a heads up when he was 30 minutes out so I could be ready. He helped me understand the process of signing over title and made a personally difficult situation more endurable. I even received polite follow up texts checking to see if the car was picked up. The estimate was very fair and service was timely and friendly.

I found Wheelzy online. It was incredibly easy to get a quote and the customer service was amazing. On the day that was scheduled for pickup I realized what I thought was the title was not in fact the right paperwork. After sending Wheelzy a quick text they listed several other options they could accept and made things very simple for me. My vehicle was over 17 years old, had an engine that had overheated, and had been up on stands for over 10 years. They offered me more for it than other competitors did. They communicated with me during every step of the process and they came during the scheduled pick up time. I will definitely recommend them to others and plan to choose them in the future.

Couldn’t get the title to him so he drove out to come get it so he could pick up our bus in the next couple of days because we had to leave!! Though we were facing some adversity due to the little time we had they made it very easy and they were positive and we felt taken care of! Thanks guys!

Experience was positive. Just took a while to complete transaction on the phone. I worked with Ely who was very patient with me texting picture of title.

Super easy and quick process! Very good communication of expectations and reply time was great! I got the cash in person after giving the title.

The company gave me a fair quote over my computer. 8:30am. The driver was a very nice guy. He took some photos of the vehicle. He did everything with a smile. I gave him the title to the SUV. He paid me cash. Nice guy, all done in 15 minutes.
