Our experience was great. Wheelzy picked up our car in a timely and respective manner. The process was simple and quick to transfer the title over. The only thing that could have been better was the payout, but Wheelzy picked up the vehicle with no charge so that’s a plus.

Replied immediately to any questions or issues I messaged.
Although I contacted wheeze because going through the companies listed online as buying salvaged car, running or not, I had sold a vehicle several years ago and initially contacted wheezy, But chose another company due to the price quote changing a couple times and couldn't pin down a specific window of time or day which would have had me in a two day at home wait.
This time, when I contacted Wheeze, After speaking with the associate, I stated I would call the next day, with car vin# and other information. The next day, I received several msgs from a sell cars co. I thought they had sold my info to others or my online search was tracked. Either way, I didn't respond to msgs. The next day I looked up Wheezy to see what was stated about their legitimacy. Basically positive reviews.
I still did not respond because I didn't know that Sell Cars was connected To Wheeze, Later I read A msg from wheeze stating, Sell Cars were connected to them. So I proceeded.
Not knowing much about salvaging or worth of my cars salvage, ( and only later looking into that) my getting the car out my yard, was my primary concern. Long story short, Wheeze was pretty much a breeze and walk me through the process and Dmv, also not having my title, like pros. Thanks

After we disclosed, we had an
Electronic title, which is legal, you never discussed that you had to have a paper one; which we would’ve been glad to have gone and gotten one yesterday. When the driver came to pick it up the truck today he withheld $100 because he said they to get a title. That was ridiculous. My husband should’ve told him to forget it and if we needed one, we would go get one Monday for $10 at the tag office. This was very unprofessional and I don’t ever want to use you guys again, we have two other vehicles we want to sell. You could’ve stated yesterday that you needed the title and we would’ve gone and gotten it and had it here for you today. We notified you of the electronic title in advance and was never told you wanted a paper title.

The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 was there were a lot of annoying phone calls to get my business when I asked for a quote.
I would give it a 5-star review for the transaction itself. Very smooth walked me through each step. I was a little concerned giving them my title and taking a check, but check cleared without any issues.

I sold my 2003 Jeep Cheeokee to Wheelzy in Hattiesburg, MS because it wasn't in bad shape but we were just tired of putting money into such an old vehicle. I chose this location because my daughter attends school in Hattiesburg and she mostly kept the truck, and they were willing to tow it. So I thought that was very convenient. I live in Carthage, MS but I met them, in Hattiesburg where the car was. They did come on the day and time that was agreed upon. I gave them the title and the transaction was completed. I was later contacted by the guy from the tow company and was told that the title was signed in the wrong place by the wrong person. He asked me to apply for a lost title and to mail it to HIM. I said sure because since I no longer owned the vehicle I didn't want it in my name anymore. So, the title came in, I signed it correctly and mailed it to him. About two weeks later, my daughter, who's living in Hattiesburg called me and told me that she was seeing the truck being driven around town! Mind you, the tow truck people told me that the truck was not drivable and would be scrapped! I ask her if she was sure that it was the same truck. She said "mama I drove the truck for a year you know I know what it looks like and I'm looking at the tag number. It still has your tag on it and right now it's sitting in front of a house!" This concerned me because why is the truck being driven that is still registered in MY NAME AND STILL HAS MY TAG ON IT!! I texted the tow company guy, because he had given me his personal cell number, and asked about this. He swore it wasn't being driven but only being moved from place to place because it's not drivable. I said my daughter saw the truck with her own eyes but then also why and how is it being from place to place, isn't drivable, and has to be scrapped. He said it hasn't been driven but I can meet you to give you your tag if you want to. I was like that's not enough, I want the truck out of my name because I no longer own it, and it is still being driven. I kept asking why hasn't it been scrapped since it's "not drivable" and you have the title in hand??? He didn't reply. So, I contacted Wheelzy because they contract this tow company. I tell them what's going on. They expressed how "this is very concerning" and will turning it over to management, who will then contact me. As of today, management has still yet to contact me. Then when I call them to get an update they tell me, "No one has contacted you because we don't have any information for you yet." I called my tax collector's office and the truck is STILL registered in my name and I also received the card for tag renewal, because it expired in June! I explained to the lady that I sold the truck in February so I no longer possess it. She said she could make a note of it in the computer but that it will still be registered to me until registration information changes! Mind you, I sold Wheelzy the truck in February and as of July, the truck is STILL IN MY NAME! Idk if they will be able to get a title for it but you just never know with all the new things scammers come up with these days! Next step is to seek legal counsel!

This is the 1st time I have sold a car like this. Very quick to respond to my E-Mail inquiry. Everybody I talked to durning this transaction was very knowledgeable and professional. Made a fair offer and had everything set up quickly. Walked me through with tutorials how to sign the title. Tow truck driver courteous and on time.

Everyone I worked with was great! They picked up my car without any issues, offered me $1200 more than any other place and even took care of the title transfer! I would recommend to others and will use again in the future. Thanks again!

Wheelzy made the process of selling my broken down Boxster almost completely hassle free (I work nights and sleep during the day so had to work a time to be able to call them but they were understandable of that). They exceeded another offer I'd gotten (I used an aggregate site that then contacted multiple companies). They had great communication, they walked me through each step, sent instructions for how to handle the title and were able to schedule to pick my car up when it worked for me (in this instance, the next day!). Tow truck arrived on time with the check in hand and the check cleared the business day after I deposited it. Everyone at every step were courteous and enjoyable to deal with. Would strongly recommend!

They did all right. They came as expected. The only thing they try to lowball you after your vehicle is already loaded up. I just accepted just to get it out of my driveway. I wasn’t gonna have the truck driver drop it back in my driveway. I was polite and respectable. Even though I didn’t agree $100 less than expected. It said because it didn’t have the catalytic converter. However, the $532 price quoted stated nothing about having to have that on there. They even had a price of $282. If I didn’t have the title. which you don’t need to junk out the car. They can look it up in the system, whether it’s free, and clear. I will use another company in the future, but they got the job done.

I loved how they are no hassle, easy take away, let you know upfront what you price is. My only con- is please get a better pick up driver and one that is fluent in English and Spanish. That was only hassle arguing with the pick up guy because he was trying to short change me out of my $347 bucks when I had already confirmed the price deductions of $447 to $347 due to no title. He was trying to take off another $50-$100 dollars. I said hell no and proceeded to contact someone That bilingual to translate for him.

Horrible told me one price but when they do come they came 3 1/2 hours later of pick up time they told me then only gave me 200 after telling me over the phone with out the title it would be 397

Our experience with Wheelzy was excellent. They bought our car very quickly and matched another offer we had, giving us a great price. The tow truck arrived within the scheduled window, and the check cleared without any issues. They also explained how and where to notarize the title, and were extremely patient, answering all of our many questions from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

It was really easy. Cash for car. Handed them title and keys, got cash. Only drag was the spiel. No different than dealing with any other salesperson.

Prompt service, no complaints from me. The price could’ve been a bit better but I understand they had to take out the tow and title fee. Even tho they say they don’t but it’s obvious they do.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. Wheelzy offered a fair price for my vehicle, handled the title process at no cost to me, provided free pickup, and the tow truck driver was very professional, all of which I appreciated.
That said, the customer experience could be improved. I spent a significant amount of time on the phone, much of it waiting on hold, and I was asked the same questions by multiple representatives. In addition, the number of text messages and repeated reminders became excessive. Most people work during the day, and the constant notifications were more distracting than helpful. Streamlining communication, reducing repetitive contacts, and minimizing hold times would make the experience much better.

Told me they were coming to get my car Tuesday then couldn’t cause I needed the title signed. I told them I was going to the notary after work around 5pm Wednesday they called me 8 times and txted me 12 times between 1pm-5pm telling me to get the title signed while I was still working. Get the title signed they say pick up Thursday then Thursday call me they can’t til Friday then they can Thursday then can’t then can if it’s an earlier time. Then can’t then can again. Car was picked up and idk if I’m more grateful the car is gone or that I’m done dealing with this company cause it was such a headache. Fair price for the car I will say but the communication is so terrible.

The whole exchange of vehicle title and cash was about 3 to 4 minutes straightforward guy was really nice and I got a pretty good price for my truck

The tow truck operator was a nice enough guy and once he arrived we were able to complete a transaction with minimal hassle. However, we had to reschedule when he didnt show up at our original agreed upon time, then was late to the time we rescheduled to and offered poor excuses for being late. This was 1pm, then 4:30pm, then 5:30 pm. I also didnt appreciate the added additional confusion that getting numerous calls from wheelzy added; they kept calling to verify my sale even after I told them the time the tow driver was rescheduled to which was 2 hours out. So I told them to stop calling me till after the driver actually shows up! I also felt pretty lowballed on my quote but they at least didnt try and haggle for less than I was quoted for at the time of pickup. Additionally, ive asked multiple times for a receipt or bill of sale and recieved nothing. All I have is a picture of the signed title at time of sale.

After several calls to other places, the representative from Wheelzy was polite, and did everything to reach the amount I needed for the car. They informed me of everything I would need to transfer title and get bill of sales so I can return my tag. Will definitely share them with my family and friends. Thank you Wheelzy @
