I tried 4 online buyers and Wheelzy gave me the highest offer. They were very easy to communicate with through texts and helped get my title for me. The tow service they set up was also friendly and professional.

The process was easy. I ran into a problem with the title but they got that fixed without delay. Im very happy with the price and how easy this process was.

The process was pretty smoove. It took about a week to get them out .The driver showed up at the scheduled time with cash in hand .I signed over the title and the driver put it on the tow truck. This company also quoted me the highest offer.

I had an outstanding experience with Wheelzy. From the initial quote to the final pickup, the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The team communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the transaction.
I appreciated that they offered free towing, covered the title transfer fees, and honored the agreed-upon price. The pickup was scheduled quickly, the driver arrived on time, and everything was completed efficiently. Selling a vehicle that needed a new engine could have been stressful, but Wheelzy made the process simple and straightforward.
If you’re looking for an honest, reliable company to sell your vehicle to, I highly recommend Wheelzy. Their customer service, professionalism, and transparency exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

It was a good experience overall. However, pickup was schedule for Friday and got a call Thursday saying they were 20 minutes away so there was some miscommunication somewhere there. On Friday, pick up was supposed to be done between 1-3 and was picked up around 5pm. One other thing - when filling the online questions, I was asked about having the Title of the vehicle to which I responded no because at that time I did not have it. The offer was made and I accepted it. The guy picked it up and left and came back showing me a text where they were telling him to take $100 Off for not providing the Title. That was a little disappointing because I chose wheelzy because the offer was better than the other 3 sites I checked.

Called in the morning and had the car picked up by 2PM with check in hand!! Remember, fair is fair…the car was a lower mileage Chevy Impala (less than 200k miles) but was a complete vehicle that I had just dumped $1800 into for a reliable second vehicle and transport for my daughters first year in college . Brand new rims and tires and wheels and was told by the mechanic the 3.4L was actually in great shape with a strong motor. Bought for $500 and replaced the fuel filter for $9. What a deal!! So, the fair is fair part. With all this money into it and my daughter’s first year done, I let my son drive it and he absolutely totaled it. He’s OK but the whole drivers side front end, fender and suspension were pushed back to the A&B pillar. Total loss. Now, the engine started, the suspension parts and fender could be replaced, the air bags deployed, windshield a complete spider web etc. I answered a a few questions over the phone after a VERY prompt phone call not even 30-40 min after the email inquiry and I was offered a little over $200 and was keeping the new wheels and tires. Stereo and speakers were also new and I could have kept the system as well but not enough time to remove (Also kept the new battery)But just remember, THEY were towing the car from my driveway. THEY are taking care of all the paperwork. THEY made immediate contact (including the tow company personnel) and THEY promised the car could be picked up that day. I literally only had to remove the aforementioned parts I wanted to keep (this brought the offer down to $188. Fair enough. ITS GONE! Within a total of about 5 hours the tow driver had made excellent communication (when they would be there, his name and company-insured etc.) carefully moved the car onto the flatbed without destroying my driveway and wrote me a check and drove away. Big loss on my part, it hurt bad financially but being in the auto recycling equipment business for 16 years, it actually was fair. Why? $200 is all any scrap yard in the area would give anyway BUT I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! No renting a car carrier tower. No contacting a wrecker for tow, no waiting in line at the yard waiting for a final estimate etc. At the end of the day, fair is fair. I made a couple bucks to help maintain my dignity, never had to leave the house and the parasite is gone.
Just remember-
• be honest on your assessment of the current condition (mileage etc.)
• tell them straight up what you want to keep if anything
• have the title in your name or be prepared for a much lower offer
• it’s not their fault you dumped a bunch of money and then your son totals it
They did EXACTLY what they said what they would do, stayed in complete, multiple communication texts and the phone call, provided a reliable tow out of my driveway and made sure the tow driver wrote out the exact amount decided upon BEFORE the car left and all in all, it’s done. Just DONE! Obviously impressed as communication is very important to me and seems lately companies, contractors and “professionals “ do 90% so you have to do 110%.
Will use their services again and refer to others.
-I was not compensated in any way for this review.

I received two different quotes from different representatives. The first quote of $349 for my 2007 Kia Optima said it was good for 7 days, but a day later I received another lower quote of $252. I called and asked why since I hadn't changed any information. That rep proceeded to tell me that because my car was 19y old that it probably wouldn't even "part out" well and the lower quote was the best he could do. Basically I had to complain and threaten to go elsewhere before getting close to the first quote, but still only got $302! The easiest thing was dealing with the third party tow driver that came to pick up my car, title, and pay me cash which was the best part of the whole experience. If I wasn't pressed to get it out of my driveway, I would've shut Wheelzy down (caller id shows them as We Buy Junk Cars). If I ever want to get rid of another car, I'll make sure it runs so I can drive it to Ohio (closet Carmax) which would've exceeded double what I got.

This was the right choice in selling our car. The handling of the title, pick up and paperwork was very professional. We appreciated the quick processing of the sale. Would call on these guys again!

They were great at working hard to get us the best offer possible for our vehicle and they took time to listen to us about what was important to us. And though getting the scheduling for the pickup was a bit of a challenge due to our location, they did well at following up with us and quickly getting in touch to make sure the entire transaction went seamless. The Wheelzy rep even called us back after our car was picked up to make sure everything that had gone smoothly. And the experience went as they said, the tow company called before they came to pick up, they handed us the check we handed them the title and keys. Simple and easy. Thank you Wheelzy for all your help!

Wheelzy was actually a pretty impressive company to work with. I had a 2010 Camry that had been in a fender bender. I parked it for a year or so, with all intentions of fixing it and either driving it or selling it. Finally, I decided I wanted it out of my yard, so I tried to charge the battery, but it would not hold a charge. I took the battery out of one of my other vehicles and when I put it in the alarm went off. I tried to stop the alarm with my key fob and its battery was dead, so I decided to just see if I could find a company to move it for free in exchange for the car. Well, I checked online, and I was pleased to find out that there were companies that actually would buy cars in this condition and tow them as part of the deal. I tried Carbrain which offered $175, Peddle which offered $250 and Wheelzy which offered $355. It wasn’t much, but it was by far the best I could find, and as I had been willing to part with it for just a tow, I was quite pleased. The rep at Wheelzy, Jasper, texted and called throughout the process to be sure everything went smoothly. A few days later, the tow truck showed up, the driver presented me with a check for $355, I handed over a signed title and he loaded up the car in a jiffy. Before I knew it, my yard was clean and I had a little spending money. Overall it was a great experience, and I would strongly recommend Wheelzy if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I initially felt pressure to commit to a sale when I first talked with Wheelzy, but looking back it might have been an AI assistant. A manager reached out later with a better deal. He answered all my questions and we set up the deal. I was impressed they could deal with the fact that I did not have my title in hand. There was a mixup with my check with the tow truck driver, but it was quickly resolved. The check was the correct amount and my car was towed in a timely manner.

Great communication on how to transfer the title which took a few extra steps. Pickup of the vehicle and payment went smoothly. Wheelzy accommodated the fact that I was not able to be there at pickup, my sister had to stand in for me.

The process happened real quick and was professionally done within 5 hours in my case. They took care of the title transfer along with free towing. A great experience.

Seller beware
Yes, they offer decent money for junk cars, however, communication sucks, it took over an hour to just get to the point of talking about pick up
They want a paper title in hand, electronic titles only pay to $2999
If I could leave zero stars, I would
Avoid this company like the plague

The transaction was very easily done. The tow driver worked with me to find the best appointment time. The check and the title were exchanged with a minimum of effort.

Was super simple and easy! They did all the annoying paper work! All I had to do was take a few pictures of my ID and title. They took care of everything else! Have a very good price for the vehicle! Was going to be sold for a grand and junked it for $877. 11 years old with 160k miles. The service was amazing! Absolutely be using them again if I have a car I need junked!

Everything went great! From the moment that I contacted the company which was in the late afternoon, I just had to give a little bit of information on my car and I was given a a price of how much my car was worth. I was very happy with the price due to the fact that my car was almost 25 years old, close to 200,000 miles and not running. The person that contact me, explained that the towing fee was free and all I needed to have was just the title in my name and that they can pick up my car on that same day! Literally within less than a day, they came and picked up my car and I was given the payment that was promised to me. Also the person that contacted me was very kind and explained everything in detail, and answered any questions that I had. Even the tow truck driver was very kind, I had a tough time removing my license plates due to the fact that the bolts were rusted, and he helped me remove them, even helped me get the car out of my garage, since it was not in running condition. I can describe the whole experience in one word, satisfied. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to get rid of their old vehicle, the whole experience went way beyond my expectations!

They came and picked up the van when they said they were and gave us the check like they said they would, the title did not have to be notarized, and it was a quick painless process…
