They came and picked up the van when they said they were and gave us the check like they said they would, the title did not have to be notarized, and it was a quick painless process…

I will definitely recommend Wheelzy to family and friends and use them myself again if needed. I spoke with a gentleman at Wheelsy over the phone before noon that day he had an offer for me in about 15 minutes which was a good offer so I gladly accepted it. Before the end of the day the scheduled tow truck driver was at my residence to pick up my non-running older car. The office was there throughout the entire process checking on the ETA of the pick up driver and to make sure I had recieved exactly what was quoted and agreed on. I honestly expected to be negotiating when the pick up guy arrived and be lowballed. That didn’t happen at all he was a very nice gentleman and was extremely professional. I was paid exactly what we agreed on earlier that day which was a very fair offer he was very knowledgeable about everything involved like signing over the title correctly etc. smooth and professional!! Great people to work with 5 stars Wheelsy!!! Am really happy I chose to sell to Wheelsy!!!

Overall, a good experience. After a couple of hiccups with title transfer, everything went smoothly. No difficulty recommending this business to anyone that could benefit using their service. I thank Wheelzy crew for all the help!

The company was easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. They also provided help with the correct completion of the title.

While the customer service was decent.the pick up wasn't handled the best i had a scheduled pick up between 7 and 9am. And I told them to make sure they were on time as I had to leave for work at 10:30. We'll they didnt arive until 5pm, had to have someone else hand over my title and collect my money for me.also didn't seem like dipatch relayed any information to the driver.all in all terrible experience.

Firstly, they offered me only 200 dollars for a mostly working car. I waited a few days and they sent me a text offer of 407 despite not having a title for the car, yet when I called to confirm the offer they dropped it to 258. Second they said they would send over paperwork which they did not do, and am still waiting for it to show in my email box despite sending text message confirming my email address. Lastly they still have yet to come and pick up the car after saying they would between 9AM to 10AM to pick it up, currently writing this at 8:42PM and I still have the car. For a company that honestly stated to me multiple times that they were doing to sell it for scrap I feel a bit cheated, disgusted, and turned off by them, I would not be using them again should this last ditch effort happens again.

Low ball prices, lower than scrap. 157$ for a complete 2001 F150 crew cab 4wd with title. Just wanted it gone.

They took care of my unwanted car and got a duplicate title for me for free which is really convenient. Highly recommend

The company was great to work with. I had a representative who was very communicative. They were even able to beat another off I had for my car. They took care of the towing and set everything up, all I had to do was sign a paper, hand over the title and keys and get my check. Definitely recommend using them.

“Overall, the experience was very good. The gentleman who helped me was very patient and kind, especially when I thought I had misplaced my title. It ended up being in the car, but he remained professional and understanding the entire time. Great customer service and a smooth process from start to finish!”

had a very good experience, selling my worn out automobile to Wheelyz, answer the questions I was asked, and they quickly gave me a pay out quote for my car, informed me it would be scrapped, recycled, gave me a reference number, and was informed that the quote was good for several days, so I could shop around, which I did do, and after contacting a few other salvage yards, saw that Wheelzy had the best price. The tow company that was handling the pick up of the car and the money, contacted me and made arrangements to pick my car up at a convenient time for me and informed me they would be paying me in cash. Both Wheelzy And tow truck driver Kept in touch, arrived on time., the tow driver gave me the cash. I gave him the title. Everything went great. later in the day.Wheelzy text message messaged me asking about completion of transaction and was I happy, very good company all the way around, would recommend them absolutely

My experience was good...I even received prompt results when there was a need to get a duplicate title on the spot!!! Thanks 👍!!

Great customer contact, accomodating to when I was able to have car sold, frequent contacts with rapid response. In my situation I had lost title and no one else would deal with me. Price was fair to warning to future sellers, be sure what the estimate is based on exactly, for example so much for catalytic converter, other specific parts that make up the total estimate. In my case I had steel wheels but they expected aluminum and that lowered the final price by over 50%, which was unexpected. So be sure to get a breakdown of what the estimate is for each individual part to avoid surprises.

Since I made the call to sell my car, the service was polite, informative, and helpful. They took care of everything regarding the title, which I appreciate a lot. The transaction was made in a very smooth manner. No complaints at all.

Despite going back and forth about the title, the process worked smoothly. My vehicle was picked up as scheduled and a fair price given.

the reps were very friendly and supportive and eager to complete the transaction. the entire process happened very quickly from the moment i completed the online form to the end of the process. i got a very good offer on my vehicle and process was relatively seamless. Just make sure you have title notarized and signed before you begin or it delays the process and they will call/text you a hundred times during that wait. lol

I was able to get a good price but they were very persistent despite me telling them that I didn’t have the title and would need to get a duplicate and told me I need to have it in 3 days. Im sorry that is not how the government works. I also was told I needed an ID that did not expire in less than 2 weeks and barely gave me 24 hours to get a new one to which I had to find an in person location to print it same day but had to wait till I had a day off as I work 7-4 and they are open 8:30-4:15.

Son spoke to someone, guaranteed a price and then set up a time to pick it up; getting the title notarized was a little hiccup but ended up ok. Tow truck came towards the end of the promised time and had check in hand. No trying to change the price etc once he was there; in and out in 10 minutes. All of this occurred in 8 hours time frame. Check cleared no problem.
