Love the concept of a toy swap, we've been members for a while now and my little girl loves getting new toys in the post! We must have saved a huge amount of money in the past year 😀

I LOVE this company! I wanted my little boy to try out different toys but didn't want to constantly keep buying new one and I don't really have the space for big plastic toys. After signing up for the Toybox subscription he has new development toys every month. Some toys he's loved some he hasn't but no money wasted! Plus helping the environment! Would highly recommend Whirli to any parent!

Toys were good and love the idea! However, to pay a subscription and then have to pay on top of that for delivery and returns made me cancel.

Whenever I email the support team they are always fast to respond and helpful

I’ve recommended Whirli to all of my friends with baby’s. It’s fantastic, any toys my daughter loses interest in can be swapped and there is less clutter in my house! The toys are always in perfect condition and in four months I think we’ve already had great value for money having swapped a couple of times.

It's really easy to swap toys and all very reasonably priced. We love it!

We have loved using whirli, every time we receive a parcel it feels like Christmas! They have a huge range and right from the beginning we were surprised at the excellent condition of the toys, most of them look completely new.

What a great initiative, Whirli is great!

Whirli is a lovely and generous business from that you can borrow toys, and send them back and so on, so on... You do not have to buy these toys, just borrow them, it is great! The toys are always clean, lovely and environmental friendly. A kind toy library. I recommend it greatly!

Overall my experience as a childminder with Whirli has been really good, though I feel as a non driver having to pay extra for home collection is a bit expensive for me. My issues have been mostly with organising collection with DPD rather than Whirli

After my initial oversight thinking my email had been ignored, (response likely in my spam folder) I was personally contacted by phone to go through my initial review and my concerns were immediately dealt with along with being asked my views on anything I felt could be improved and what was needed to rectify my initial misunderstanding. It is now my belief this company genuinely wants to succeed and succeed in the right way ethically and morally. Keep up the good work.

Cheaper to buy the toys.

Signed up and thought I had 80 tokens to spend but can only use 20 for the first few times for some reason (not a good incentive to stay) so that means 13.99 + £11 postage to receive and return/swap two toys this month, I can buy the toys for £20. Not worth it and postage is way to expensive. Will not be stay subscribed

Seems good. But eventually realized nothing really to choose something excited. Kind of stuck in the lots of toys?
I won't be continue the membership.

Toy library is a brilliant concept. All toys I received were always in good condition. Many toys choices available. Courier service is awesome and on time. I am having best experience with whirli.

I paid up front for a full year’s subscription and was cheated out of most of my money when they went into administration. They have miraculously revived but of course are not honoring any previous commitments to customers. Definitely would not trust this company at all.

Incredible selection of high quality toys. A friend recommended this to me. We follow montessori’s toy rotation, so Whirli allows us to change the toys and keep our son stimulated at the correct skill level. We have enjoyed of wooden toys, books, a balance bike, puppets, electric toys, remote control cars, climbing arc and loads.
All toys arrive clean and very gently used, most are like new.
We get the new toys and then return the old ones. So we are never without toys.

This is also good for trying out bigger toys or seasonal items, without having long term clutter.

I have been a member of Whirli since right in the very beginning and it is such a great idea and a fabulous service! I hate clutter and seeing the house littered with childrens toys but I also hate waste. Whirli solves ALL of these problems in one go. You can try out toys you think your children will like and simply return the ones they dont actually play with and swap for something new! I have always included a new whirli haul in withmy childrens birthday gifts too- a great way to save money and they still feel like theyre getting lots of lovely presents. Would highly. recommend to anyone with young children!

The customer service has improved since the new owners have taken over. The toys are in good condition and the website is easy to navigate.

The reason I have taken off 2 stars is because the postage costs are extortionate. To post toys and return them costs around £11. So you don't actually swap toys as often as you would like. It is actually cheaper to purchase toys.

Whirli reported my comment as being disingenuous and I provided evidence to trustpilot to prove otherwise. Very disappointed and now giving a 1-star as I imagine they have done this to many customers to get ratings up.

I am a big fan of Whirli!!!

Why?

First of all, its business model is great. Instead of families buying and storing loads of toys, most of them for short utilisation by the children, Whirli offers an unlimited variety of toys at a small fraction of the price compared with full ownership. Our family is delighted with the service provided.

Second, I came in contact with the owner due to a product that was mistakenly delivered to his warehouse. I went there, met the friendly and diligent staff and spoke to the owner. A well educated and polite individual, who resolved the issue at hand in the most professional and appropriate manner.

Integrity seems to be the key word describing Whili entrepreneurial culture.

A superb service. Easy to use site that let's me filter the toys by age as appropriate for my daughter. Great that I won't have clutter everywhere as she gets older or bored. The delivery is so easy - they even provide tape and labels. Only issue is a lot of toys are not 'in stock'.

One of the best things we've bought for our little one!

I love Whirli! My daughters are 1 and 4 yrs old. They love playing with the toys when they arrive, and particularly the older one has learnt the concept that to get new toys we need to send the old ones back. It’s great to have the toy that is right for their development and interests and to be constantly updating them as they grow and change. Whirli also have fantastic customer service and are very efficient. Highly recommended. Doing our little bit to reduce waste.
