Whirli is human, I had a trouble with my cancellation and they were there right on the case and did the best they could and I was pleased with their quick and on point support. My kid loves the toys and surprises every now and then when we swap the toys. Whirli prevented me from buying lots of toys my kid didn't like a all and also did the reverse and showed me which toys to keep. Its a bliss to see house when the boxes go full of toys and I have space around the house. :)

Really impressed with Whirli. Such an amazing idea and works so well. I don’t feel I ever need to buy toys again. So much better for the environment and makes sense to swap and share as most of them time kids just get bored and you end up storing way too many! Would defo recommend

Horrible I pay 9.99 a months toy come missing balls not in use text customer service wery rude I send item back I ask to cancel my subscription they charge me 3.99 postage and didn't cancel charge me another 9.99 when I start complain and futher will do they refund me only 8£ its rip off totally my kids desapointed I'm desapointed so bad

I was recommended Whirli by a friend of mine when I went over to her house and can't recommend it enough now to my friends! It's so great to be able to rotate and change the toys for my little one on a regular basis and their customer services team are incredibly helpful. The whole customer journey experience was smooth and easy. It would be great if they sent 1-2 more pieces of tape as sometimes two isn't enough to seal a large cardboard box.
