Got connected with a certified vet tech in minutes, we had a 20 minute or so conversation about my dog and some issues she had been having.

Fantastic customer service and advice was spot on

I never received the treatment plan for my dog after waiting for 15 mins and having a 5 min chat I was told to expect my treatment plan in my email. It's been 12 hours and no treatment plan. I am going to take my dog to a vet which means I'm gonna pay for the access to your services AND take my dog to the vet because I never received my treatment plan. Shame on you

Helpful information and advice. They were very thorough in asking what was going on and having me check a few things before giving advice. I followed their medical advice, then followed up with our GP and pup is fine now!

I called because my dog had been squinting in and eye, and I didn't want to wait it out or rush straight to an expensive vet visit without some guidance. The vet tech from WhiskerDocs was wonderful patient, calm, and genuinely empathetic. She shared helpful home-cars tips, eased my worries about what might be going on, and helped me decide to have my dog seen in person. She even explained what to expect at the vet. While I did end up taking her in, the issue wasn't as serious as it could have if I had waited.

They were able to confirm the next course of action and continued to follow up to make sure that the ER visit went well and that my pet was ok. They took their time during the initial consultation to gather all of the facts.
